The fellow that operates this site won't let you call or visit. There is no phone number listed on the site, and the address is for one of those mailbox stores. As far as I can tell he doesn't have a business license either, very shady. I prefer sites where you can speak to the owner, and will take other forms of payment than just paypal or cashiers checks. I want to let dog trainers, behaviorists and dog owners know that the online Cynology College in Canada is a FRAUDULENT site, it is not a real College and it is run by scammers. I called Fairpoint as all my billing numbers are long distance to Massachusetts numbers yet coming up Kentucky, Louisiana, Charlotte etc. I called the billing number on my phone bill to inquire they told me there is a glitch and I needed to call another number 1-866-984-2001. Ripoff when I bought a Proflowers 2/16/2008 item. They claim that I signed off my name, because they had the address. Since then they charged me 14.95 every month. They started 05/30/2008.
