In spring of 2008 I hired Lawn Dr. to get rid of the weeds on my lawn. Their very first trip, they sprayed, which ruined my roses and my lilacs. I received my cellular phone bill today. I had 2 charges for $9.99 each. One was from Mobile Messenger for ringtones? I have spoken to their agent and she assures me I will be refunded $9.99 in 8 or 10 business days. The other charge is for Horoscope Alerts from Funmobile, short code 26451. Sent musical clock to have sensor replaced. Clock is in fine condition and works well except that it doesn't play music on the hour. It does play if you press the demo button. Coserv claims the clock cannot be fixed and I have to pay $325.35 for replacement (this is more than I paid for the clock). Door to door sales person got my 80 yr old mom. They tell you they will lock in gas rates so you are 'protected' from Nicors fluctuating rates.
