I have hire these firm for the immigration to Canada for my brother about 20 months ago. These people are prompt in collecting money and then just turning away. My girlfriend had order flowers for my father, who at the time, was in the hospital. She ordered a bouquet that was $43.30 with tax. once the payment hit her bank account, they had taken $433.30 out of her account. Simple mistake right? I received a "great deal" for a 2-year renewal of AutoWeek Magazine. Turns out this is a scam company. I mailed a check in February 2008 and by April I had never received any magazines. When calling their customer service numbers they had no record of my renewal even though I have a canceled check that says otherwise. I did some internet research on Magazine Billing Services and found that other people are having the same issues with other magazines as well. I sent this company a check for $22.95 in December 2007, for six clean strike towels. The check cleared my credit Union on January 9th, 2008. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I would like to know why the Hechts store at the Cary Town Centre in Cary, NC does not carry prom dresses. It's a large Hechts store and every other Hechts where we have shopped carry prom dresses to my knowledge. Last May of 05 I moved to a new location and I needed a grass trimmer. I went to Home Depot and purchased a Roybi electric trimmer. It was early in July before I used it, and found it didn't work. I phoned Roybi and was told take it back to the store and get a new one, or get it repaired but I might have to pay for it if they found I misused it. I took it back to the Home Depot, and explained what happened and was told that the 30 days for a return had expired. I since learned that its a 90 day return policy. Midtown Towing, Inc., Atlanta GA. My daughter's car was towed by Midtown Towing. She was present and tried to convince the driver that she was a resident of the complex from which the car was being towed. I have been attempting to get an antique brass light assembly for a Hampton ceiling fan. This has been going on since before Christmas. Each time I have been told by the customer service dept. that, "It will be shipped today" or "It will be shipped tomorrow." In each case when I called I was informed that it wasn't shipped. The Company call Unified Precious Metals seems to be no longer in business and has ripped us off for the last coins for our collection of Gold Plated State Coins, which makes are collection incomplete. They are nowhere to be found their phone number is out of operation and their address is now longer any good. We had the phone company check the number and sent a letter to their address which came back as Return to sender no such address.
