It's all the bad remarks that you can give to an organization; no efficiency, no protocols, no professionalism and of course with an outstanding remark of an Awful Public Transportation service. At least 6 times a day, the train is late, at least 10 times a week you're stranded in the middle of your journey... it's always "we're sorry for the inconvenience" tone with KTMB. All their sorry's are being washed down the sewer. Something has to be done or it's going to cause KTMB great and it's a total humiliation to our tourism industry.

Back in November of 2007 I ordered 2 oriental area rugs, one was delivered the other never received. I continuously called to inform Macy's that one rug was never received. After many calls to customer service our account was finally credited. At the same time after many calls and researching by many representatives, I complained that the rug which was received was shedding emincely. I ordered an expensive item online at www.microcenter.com and after several hours, no e-mail acknowledgment of order was received. I called store and was told a salesperson would call me back. Salesperson, to their credit, was able to place item on 24hr hold. Next day, still no e-mail from online store, however I was able to pay for and pickup product. I basically ended up in the old brick and morter and phone order pipeline. The e-commerce pipeline is clearly broken at Microcenter.

I purchased a battery for my Dell computer. It failed within a few months and they sent me a replacement (after numerous efforts to reach them went unanswered). That battery failed within a few weeks. They promised a refund when we sent that one back but instead they sent another battery! That one also failed immediately. We sent that one back and they claimed they never received it. So, they refused to refund, replace or give us any credit for the purchase. There is a crack on my Sterling (same company with Kohler) bathtub I bought from Lowe's. I contacted Kohler customer service but was told that the problem I'm encountered is not covered by the manufacture warranty. I just want to share this with everyone to be aware. I also read other complains about Kohler Company in this web site. I should read them first before I committed to Kohler's product.

My complaints? The list would be endless. Just as other folks have described. I was jerked around so much and so many lies told to me that I lost track. Aaron Levy would constantly changes his stories. The web site ad inticates 6.95 for shipping, however, this is charged for EACH set, not for the total order. This is not revealed to the customer until the order is complete (there is no shopping cart or shipping page to check). there is no way to reverse or cancel the order on line, nor was I able to cancel the order over the phone. I paid up Rs.2036 for an online data entry job. The work that was claimed on the website initially is totally different from the main work that is to be done. Even after paying up and doing a different job than was promised, the company is not giving credit by totally ignoring our jobs. I have confirmed from sources that the company does not send any verification emails as it claims to do and on the basis of which the payment is supposed to be made. The proceeded to set up blowers, fans, water extracting machines...They came back one time to check..and that was Friday..they neglected to return for 5 days!!! These clowns sold me a phone that was supposed to be new
I paid over 200.00 dollars with tax for it and after charging the battery all night I turned it on the next morning and to my amazement it had calls and text messages on it that were up to 9 months old.

This is the slowest internet isp service I have come across.I pay 9000 kshs (about USD $133 per month) to get a connection speed slower than a dial up seed.Every time anyone attemps to download, Africa online's servers black list your ip address to a slow speed.Apperently I'm paying USD $133 just to check my emails.Belive it or not, when the ip is blacklisted the download slows down between .5kps to 1.1 kps.According to Mr Henry of Africa online, the only option is to pay USD $266 per month to avoid the black list.Sounds like... read full review »

The problem apparently is that I made a spelling error when entering my email address. My password won't work so they can't send me a new password. They probably sent a reply to a non-existent email address. Purchased the Rain Bird Model ISM-9RS Automatic Sprinkler timer as a replacement unit. We have had this unit approximately 1 month and have yet been able to make it function properly. We called customer service at 1-800-724-6247 for guidance on programming the unit. We were onformed that amy information would cost $5.00 billed to our credit card. we paid the fee, got information that was contained in the written instructions (whicch were no help). using these instructions we were still not able to make this unit to operate properately. I was a longtime user of DSL but canceled that as I was frustrated with Verizon service overseas -- too many storms knocked out service and the existing process for service in India was ridiculous.
Heard about the aircard and went in to local Verizon store. They quoted a cost of $40 and a month or so later I went in to buy. By that time the cost went to $60 but I bit my lip and purchased, especially since the $50 item was rebated. I know that this is my fault, but I feel that I should let everybody else know so that they do not fall for the same deal. In the lease that we have all signed to live in these "Luxury Apartments" it states that you must give a 60-day notice to move out. This is double to industry standard of 30-day notice. The Heritage is nice enough though to send out some nice reminders that your lease is going to run out and that you either need to renew, or give your notice. I contracted with this company to have my car shipped from NY to Chicago and was told it would probably take several days but no more than a week. After a week and no calls, I contacted them and they put me in touch with "the carrier". Apparently, A EASTERN CONNECTION doesn't actually ship your car, they are a broker and place the order with the lowest bidder. Tricked me into a free sample - I gave them my credit card to charge me $3.95 for shipping. Received the product (full size and the sample meant using it for 30 days and it wasn't just one product, it was two. The paperwork that came with the product stated that if I didn't return it within 30 days they would charge my card $95.00 and send me more automatically in 30 days. After speaking with numerous Sony reps and going through their troubleshooting steps, we confirmed the failure and could not fix it. We also confirmed that it fell within their recall. This company is so indifferent regarding to their rebate policy. I have submitted two rebate forms, one has been denied due to not submitting "original or copy of the sales receipt" (I am 100% sure that I had sent it) and the other rebate form has processed but I didn't receive any checks. The owner Ro Pettiner charged me for photo shoots, training and comp cards. The breakdown on the cost, 750.00 for each photo shoot, 300.00 for comp cards the rest training. My two daughters both had photo shoots, I paid the money and for comp cards for one daughter. Ro Pettiner was suppose to be there and did not show up.
