This company is a total scam. My mother in law used this company twice. The first time She sent us flowers and a chocolate basket for the birth of our daughter. During the sign up I was asked about email, etc. After that I read the following: "When paying with your credit card you can print out a personalised receipt. I went to Vons at about 8pm on a Sunday night. I only had to get about 6 things. I thought this would be a quick trip. When I approached the checkout there were two VERY long lines. I bought a 62" HDTV (Mitsubishi) from Best Buy in November of 2005 and paid $400 for a 4 year extended warranty. In the approximate three year time frame of owning this television it has been broken three separate times with an average repair time of 1.5 months and the longest time being over 2 months. I have been through 4 dryers in just 4 years. the first one had bad pipe threads on the inlet and outlet. the second one burnt out the compressor, the third one did the same, so they gave me a whole new model. this one keeps blowing fusus and they won't even speak to me now. I just had a move done by AAA Movers Inc. I was moving a two bedroom apartment I found the company online. When I called I spoke to Lana she gave me a quote which said 3 men at $70hr for 6 hrs estimated time and all packing materials are additional and that the movers will not move the belonging unless they are properly packet well I didnt think anything of it. Nov.28th a service tech (#659) came to the house to fix the microwave. The part that he had was broken (fan), so he took the fan off the old component and put it on the new one.
