We made an offer on a single family home in Towamencin township on May 16th contingent on a successful home inspection with a deposit of $1000. We choose "option 1" on the agreement of sale. The inspection did not go well and we elected to continue our home search. The realtor says he cannot release the $1000 deposit to us without the seller's signature and the seller refuses to sign. I was out with a friend and ran out of cash at the club. So why not use my debit/visa right? Wrong! I made a single purchase at the bar and was given my card back. Then I check my balance online only to find out that DC's made two other charges that night on my card. This added up to 90 dollars in unauthorized charges. I experienced high pressure sales. I received repeated phone calls, morning, noon and night. They build the suspense for the rate quote and I was told I must accept immediately, or the rate will automatically be higher. They tell you it's just a deposit (for the full amount) but you have 30 days to review their policy. Got four calls, within minutes, from same supervisor, after I requested they remove my name from their calling list. They just wanted another chance to "explain". In May of 2008 my organization purchased a GBC Heatseal H425, Unit took about a half hour to warm up "longer" than the advertised 10 minute warm up. This is a very unprofessional painter. First, he came over to give me an estimate and had to be told several times what the job duties were(a little slow minded). The next day, he still was not able to come up with a dollar amount for the job and had to bring one of his painters to help with the estimate. After reading the responses to customer complaints by Tel3, I just had to make my voice heard. Tel3 is not a reliable company. As much as they might repsond and say "contact us", "speak to a manager" etc. etc. they continue to have unreliable service. First, call quality on my calls to Colombia are horrible. I started receiving these "Email CNN Alerts" to my gmail account. I didn't ask for any alerts. The email offers unsubscribe which forces you to try to login first though. Since I have never registered with CNN.com it's a problem loging in. Dr. Tanya Sale was 45 MINUTES LATE for the appointment. She did not apologize and only spent 7 minutes with me. This was to check my skin problem and answer questions. I bought a Nikon D40x earlier this year from Ritz. Ritz will try to charge you $114 to send a lens to Nikon if anything goes wrong and you did not buy the extended warranty. Even when you tell them your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, they will argue and tell you it's not since you did not purchase the extended warranty. Laurentel, Inc has billed me for a 800 number that I never ordered. They billed me a set-up fee last month. I called and asked what it was about and they said someone had ordered a personal 800 number for me. I told them I don't need an 800 number and to cancel it. This establishment billed my credit cards for services not received. They also over billed me. They billed three different cards three different times. This was all done AFTER I had paid them upon check out. The management was sincere with regret, however, they are the ones who continued to make the billing mistakes.
