Have had Time Warner Intergrated T-1 service for our retail/wholesale food company for years without any problems; was contacted by ATT Win Back and told I could get the same level of service for $200/month cheaper by switching to ATT. I just read all of these complaints and I did get a good laugh...The word vacuum is spelled with one c and two u's whoever posted the word spelling it "vaccum and vacccum". M&S lists products as available for delivery when they are not ... It is a totally misleading site which can waste hours. The stock availability is not updated frequently, even the staff in online services do not know. The system sometimes can take orders for items which are not, and never will be in stock. Everyone must be warned of this company and their tactics. They move into new areas and SELL you hard on their advertising program. They fail to mention that they will be charging you a $3 monthly billing fee. I know it sounds small, but it is the point. Orange Broadband falls over at least once a month. Every time we try to get it fixed, Orange tell us it is our router. Each time, it is the network. When we try to talk to customer service, they blame everyone else, tell us we must wait for a line test and refuse to escalate the problem. I had booked a spot taxi for drop to Yeshwantpur railway station. I called them 15 min before the scheduled time to inquire about the driver details and got the response that the booking is canceled and they can't provide another taxi. MSEB does the Bill value a complete figure say the bill amount is 395 then it will charge 400. Why it is so? And claim that a discount is given if paid before some date. But my experience is that I never get the bill before the discount eligible date, though I can pay it. I have been utilizing this dry cleaners on and off for 5 years. I dropped off two shirts to be dry cleaned; one was silk--I gave them specific instructions NOT to pin or staple the shirt since it is SILK. The clerk wrote "special care" on the silk shirt. I bought a Bushnell Onix 400 for the XM weather mapping feature. I spent an additional $ 150.00 for an XM weather account. It will not work on the Bushnell unit. I had an unauthorized charge as well. I logged into my account and there is no information on the source of this charge. The date of the charge does not correspond to any auto renewal. Amount $49.99. Making matters worse, I don't think the software is very effective. It never finds any viruses or gives any insight into intrusion attempts.
