While staying at the Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village, I was robbed of several items from my room, which only myself and my Husband had access to, other than the Hotel staff, (Housekeeping). I ordered the 3rd watch series for my Daughter for Christmas. I ordered and paid for it in 11-08, was guaranteed that it would be here in time. my last visit b/4 7-4-08 was at walmart the photographers are fine they are polite. I never gotten bad pictures b/4 i just picked up my children pictures and viewed them briefly in the store while shopping. I bought the body shaper for 39.95 by the time the added on the free extras (haha) my bill claimed to 79.75. I received the garments in boxes that looked nice not worn. When I opened the box with the top nude shaper, I was surprised to find the smell of cat urine. It was in a sealed plastic bag, at this point I wished to return all products and not touch them. I called UbuyEZ and they informed me that the free gifts which I really paid for could not be returned and they would only credit me 39.95. I would also have to pay to ship the garment back. I was going to use this to purchase a vehicle through police impoundments. When I went sign up for, I gave him a credit card number to use. However, since I had tried the housing site over 6 months ago, I could not use that Credit Card Number. I bought a cam of Beauty Tone spray paint ath this store yesterday (July 16). A can of spray paint is supposed to cover 25sq feet. This one only covered about 6sq feet and the paint was over! I went back to the store, explained what happened and the store manager said that it was not possible for the can to have been used before, laughed at me in front of other customers, as if I was lying. Obviously, there was some problem with that can - it either had been previously used or there was some fabrication defect (it's a HomeHardware product). Eric Weston is a con man. He has the gift of gab. He befriended me and offered to help with repairs in my house. He started the repairs and left in the middle of the job. I went to the store to have my front brakes serviced and when I arrived for my appointment I wasn’t assisted for almost 30 minutes. The person at the service desk was very nice and accommodating. He came to tell me that my brakes would be fixed and it would cost approximately $250.00, which was fine. I hired the company to move my son's belongings from his apartment to my home about 15 miles away. There were approximately 17 medium-to-large items that needed to be moved. There were no fragile items packed like lamps and dishes which they claimed they did. That's a lie! I hired these guys because both my son and his friend were injured a week before the move, so I had no choice. They quoted $70 per hour and no charge for stairs, pads, and plastic wraps. At the end of the Yougov/CNN panel survey I did on August 16, 2007, the screen said that I would be credited with a $10.00 Amazon.com voucher; this is what the original email announcing the survey also said. Mystic Dunes has proven to me to be a BAD CHOICE if you are looking for a vacation property. They advertise a nice resort, but they did not mention the high-pressure sales team. Fails to pay her bills and failed to pay me for work performed at the US Storage facility off of Hawthorne Blvd. She will trick you into working for her and then pay you with a check which she will then promptly cancel and make a stop payment on. I went to Checkers in Norkem park to purchase and AirWick air freshner. To my surprise when I got home I could not smell the scent from the aerosol, and thought maybe i was experiencing some nose problems. i tried it for a couple of day an no scent. This is alleged to be a credit help site, yet there are only a few posters. They hide their who there admins and mods are by using numbers to identify them. They allow one poster named Rottweiler to post quotes of law which she has changed to meet her needs. If corrected she rants and tries to belittle the person that corrects her. I have bought the golf putter on 2nd May 2008 from Golf Works Masters located at Kreta Ayer Road . The website TheToyHunt.com deceives customers by inflating MSRP prices and offering what looks like a huge percentage off - which is a lie. Here is just one example. The Toy Hunt advertises a Mickey's Clubhouse Party Dinner Plate 8 pack at a regular price of $4.70 and a sale price of $3.29. The manufacturers website shows the actual MSRP of only $3.49. My mom had received a letter, and a check with $4, 875.00. The letter stated that the $4, 875.00, was just a portion of what my mom had won the letter said that my mom was entitled to the sum of $125, 000.00 US DOLLARS. Back2back in California gave my mom an initial quote of $3909. She lived in a small duplex. The day she was to be out of the house they arrived demanding an additional $5, 000 or they wouldn't move her. She was frazzled and paid the money. They are a terrible company. I believe they take advantage of the elderly. They boasted about free storage and then charged $800 for warehouse handling fees. Please look elsewhere - don't even get a quote - they lie. Put an order in for digital prints back in June - it is mid July and I have not received the order. I have called them twice and emailed them three times. They charged me for the order (it is on my credit card statement). I realized after this debacle that HP owns Snapfish - no wonder the poor service. They are a credit service that restores credit and told me i would have a 750 credit score or better and they did not do anything close to that score and i requested a refund and was denied. When I was shopping inside Menard's store, my car in Menard's parking lot was hit by a shopping cart. It caused a damage to my car. I found the shopping cart next to my car when I walked out of the store. Now Menard's denied the responsibility of my car's damage. I think it is not fair.
