The owner and salesperson, Quanetta Lewis, is very rude and charged us an arm and a leg for multiple alterations because she could never get the tailoring done right. I ordered contact lenses and never received them. I received a lot of stories and lies from confused workers about why I have not received them yet but it was because of incompetence of the workers at this site and their lack of good communications. I ordered them on 6/20/08 and still have no lenses or my money refunded as asked. I requested a refund and heard nothing back from them. I was called a few days ago and I told these people I didn't want anything, I had been scammed before on these type of deals, they were offering a free gas card and a forty dollar gift card. I was told there were no catches and that this was something they were doing because of all the customers that have been scammed before . Iam 17 years old and I was working in a day care center as part of my graduation requirement. Back in May of 2008 the center was inspected by the health department. The health department found nubereous citations. The center was given a certain amount of weeks to make improvements. The center failed and closed. My last check I cashed. I ordered some medicated shampoo and itch relief products for my dog on June 19. I called July 1 only to be told they had still not shipped the order although the products were in stock. The company rep could not explain the delay. My dog has been very uncomfortable so I wanted to cancel the order and buy the products from another source. What began as a simple service call, subsequently turned into a merry go round that was completely unnecessary. Fosters was out sourced to our residence to find out why our GE Monogram refrigerator was not cooling by Fidelity National Home Warranty. Basically, they started to not return phone calls and ordered unnecessary parts based on a completely inaccurate assessment from their technician. In the meantime, we went without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks in the heat of the summer. Misleading information on the product. Website says 4 megapixel still resoution and 5.1 channel audiou format. Actually the still resolution is 0.34 megapixel (340K pixels) and the audio format is Dolby Digital 2 channel. When requested for return, I am asked to pay the return shipping. I have to pay the item shipment for the product that actually has no such features and also the return shipment. We had never owned an RV before, and we went to Explorer RV in Castroville, Texas to look at and buy one of their RV's. Terrible experience. Stay away from these guys. I cancelled the order before I even received it and I have been trying for two weeks to get my refund. I was told a refund was issued on Jun30th (7 days ago) but checking with my cc card, nothing has been refunded. Imagination.IO is actually a big scam company. They are the creators of their own review site. They over promise and under deliver. Initially, when you talk to their bogus sales person they will promise everything to you and they will do everything they can to get you to buy. Then once you mail a check in that is when they get you. You will have very little recourse to get your money back and you will regret you made the purchase in the first place. I had entered in to a service contract for the vacuum cleaner manufactured by the above company. I have been using machine for the past many years without much problem and it had gone out of order on 26th June 08 which i had registered with their helpline on 27th June 08. July 6th 08, I got a parking ticket in the Richmond Mall, Vancouver BC. The reason for the parking ticket was they only allow customer to park 3 hours in the mall. I'm a visitor. Company is selling franchises throughout the usa and is deliberately hiding the fact that units are closed down or never open after paying the franchise fee. This is in violation of the FTC rules for being a Legal Franchise company. Making claims about having done $3 billion in listings, while not able to provide any proof of such a large number (basically a 'pulled it from their xxx' number). Verification of all the poor people that have purchased one of their franchises reveal that virtually none of them have realized any profit or even sales of business as touted. I did a Trial of Nuvoice.com (Nucentcom inc.,), it is not good and a rip off. The quality of voice is not that good and they have lot of hidden charges.
