I have been a client of Transworld Systems for 5-6 years with mediocre results. I submitted an account which was forwarded to the phase II CMS. In the meantime, the client returned to my office with an emergency medical situation and paid her bill. I informed Transworld Systems that she paid her bill. I received a bill from Transworld for 1/2 due per our contract. I spoke with several representatives at the company and told them that I did not feel that TWS had done anything to collect that payment. I have paid the bill but am pissed. Beware of the contracts. In August of 2007 I hired We Haul Moving and Storage, Inc to move the contents of my home approximately 4 miles. During this move the movers were unprofessional, taking breaks every 15 minutes to smoke, and not being careful with any of the items they were moving. On 6/12/08 I ordered Direct TV from Direct Digital TV for 4 rooms in my house and also ordered high speed internet. I was told I had to pay $39.99 up front to have the equipment delivered to my house plus $67 for a 3 year service protection. The high speed internet was to cost me $55 per month. After subscribing to the Celcom RM129/mth package for broadband access, I am unable to even connect to their network for any service (surfing). I tried connecting at different times of the day but I encountered problems especially from 8pm onwards. For the last 6 years, two employees at WaveNet (Nigel Los and Paul Shave; [email protected] and [email protected]) have been approaching companies where I have worked in IT and have tried to get me fired so they could take over consulting services. Normally, my supervisors would forward me the e-mails they were sending or tell me about it. In some cases, WaveNet's own employees would tell me about it. I have already asked them to stop this and they either ignore me or tell me to talk to their lawyer. ON my phone bill, there was a charge of 24.95 for services I did not order. I called the company and explained this to them. Somehow they had my e-mail address and said I was responsible for the charge for 2 months. No! I am not paying this charge. I never went to their website.
