Do not order from this company. I paid extra for priority shipping on a costume - which is 2-3 days. It has been 2 weeks and they are telling me today that it's just been shipped. They told me for 3 days straight it was shipped that day - they are liars and I believe they try to rip you off and unless you call everyday and keep on them, you will never see your order. I have had a pathetic experience with Agarwal movers and packers. They were very polite initially to get my business. But once I gave them the contract to move my household items, the problems started. They were late, they were rude, they were inefficient and worst of all, they all behaved as if they didn't care for feedback at all. Orbit telecom added me on my phone bill WITHOUT my permission, using my personal information, I couldn’t get a hold of them and eventually had to get my phone company to remove it! Any suggestions? Who do I contact about this? They got away with this for 3 months, how does this happen? I had recharged my data-card no.9373393274 for unlimited plan at Rs.1500/-. My net was terminated after just 3 days. Rcom officials say that the previous unlimited plan was of 1501/-and now has been changed to 999/-. No information of change in plan was given to users. We got our pictures taken at this Picture Me Portrait studio in Walmart. They took the pictures and showed us a small blurred section of the photo and we had to decide whether or not we wanted to keep the photo. When we got the photos in person, I noticed that they were out of focus and our family photo was not centered on the page. Worst customer service I have ever experience. From dealing with an incompetent service person to a very rude customer services manager. I do not think in today market, that one should have to wait 4-6 weeks to have something as simple as a washing machine repaired. I bought a power washer from Canadian tire last year, used it once last year, stored it in a heated shop and went to use it this year and the wand had a bad leak. I thought I could fix it and took the wand apart to fix, there was as far as I could see no reason for it to leak, except it was from tire. I ordered photos online to be printed and picked up in the Naugatuck, CT CVS. While they were ready on time, half of them were cropped VERY poorly--to the point where it ruined the picture. Also the website stated that my total would be 57 cents due to the fact that I got 20 free prints for signing up online. I purchased a microdermabrasion machine for $6, 000.00. I was never advised how much my specific interest rate was however, when I asked a paralegal friend of mine to review the contract she said that my payments for 60 months for $6K were almost as much as her $10K 60 month Kia contract and her interest rate was 17 percent due to her credit so she thought I must really be getting ripped off.
