I have contacted Sylmark/Prosvent customer service via email ([email protected]) on multiple occasions to notify them of over billing, and to request a discontinuation of their product shipments. I have received a delivery confirmation email each time from their email servers, but no one has followed up. This place was supposed to protect me from fraud and they are the one committing the fraud! I cancelled with them after they sent me a report that was supposed to show me what others see when looking for me on the internet. Instead, it was old addresses and useless information, so I cancelled, but they never stopped taking money off of my debit card! Never join this company. Do not get caught with them, they will throw magic words like 70/30, 80/20 deal with benefits, per diem basis on top of fixed paycheck, bonus, vacation and Green card process on day one. Once you join them they will flip all their words slowly and you will end up feeding these guys more and pay for all your Attorney and immigration expenses. I received a letter today saying I had won $250, 000 in a shoppers sweepstakes. Along with the letter was a check for $4975 of which I was to do nothing with before notifying them. In December 2007 we ordered and payed by visa tobacco for $ 185.77. We sent 5 e - mails to ask when tobacco will be sent to us. We tried to call. No answer at all. I have been charges $39.95 each month on my credit card. This was charged without my authorization. I did not speak with anyone from Suretouch giving them authorization. I signed up for Verizon Fios and was supposed to receive the free 19" HDTV. That was in January. Here we are in June (almost) and I have yet to receive anything regarding the television. I called about 7 weeks ago and was told I'd be receiving information in the next couple of weeks. Well, still haven't received a thing. My sons had their pictures made for my Mother's day gift. Pictures were to be ready on 5/28. I called on 5/27 to find out that the pictures/film were lost/damaged and could not be developed. I am expecting a package from US via USPS. It arrived to the Netherlands May 09, 2008, 10:35 am. The Customs Service of the Netherlands called TNT to pick the package and deliver to the customer (me) on 15th May. Today is 27th May. The package is still in the Customs Service. I am leaving the country two days later, returning my country. I called TNT, they have not showed any sign of being prompt, instead told me that I have to wait more. The package will return to US. I have recently noticed a foul smell to my clothing that I have dry cleaned at Adams. I had brought the issue up with the manager. When I had picked up dry cleaning, I told the manager that there is a smell and it's an issue, I am not crazy. I made him smell the clothing, he states it smells fine and it is the fabric. He has no other complaints. I will no longer go to this cleaner with my clothing. I have reviewed websites about dry cleaning and found out that there may be bacteria in the dry cleaners system. 3ix is the worst hosting company I ever used. They kept disconnecting my sites because of 'high server load' and they did nothing to isolate the cause. They just kept on suspending my account, and when I asked about their explanation, they just said 'your site is causing high server load'.
