I bought the CA Anti-Virus software from their online store. When I got round to installing it, I saw that the updates were due to expire 1 year from the purchase date, rather than 1 year from when I installed and registered the software. If I had bought the anti-virus software in the high street, would the updates have expired 1 year after the purchase date? Of course not. I purchased a 10x15 Shelter Logic Logic pop-up canopy to use for club activities. After a cross wind caused a leg to break, I Shelter Logic to see if I could get replacement parts. After asking me for model number and parts numbers, they stated they DO NOT support ANY of the pop-ups they sell. I used AAA movers on May 16th, 2008. It was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. They were only moving 1 complete bedroom set 8 miles in distance. This company in Streamwood IL took my money. In March I placed an online order with them and paid by paypal. To date I have not received my merchandise. The stupid thing I did was to try to deal with them instead of contacting paypal after 20 days. I have purchased Nokia6270 handset from Safeermall/Telefonica on 28th August 2007 and they they were given a one year warranty card of FONO(Nokia phone distributor).Now i am facing network problem on my phone. I called them to come out to open the door to my son's car, as he had left the keys in the ignition. They and everyone else I called quoted a price of approximately $80. They were late coming out, but did the job and when they charged my credit card, the amount was $239. They then agreed to fax me a receipt. I read all the literature on the new hologen bulbs and believed all the thinks they said about them lasting longer and using less energy. I just like the others thought I would be getting this card to repair my already damaged credit. To my surprise as well I thought I was receiving a $300 credit limit as well. When in fact I actually had $53 dollars available on the card once in my possession. You know my credit was already in jeporady they just help it over the edge with those fee's they incurred $300 + $53 +$35 + $30= $418 now owed to this company. I have lodged a complaint with AIRTEL requesting for replacing the landline handset but was disappointed to learn that AIRTEL has an unfair policy of only providing old handsets in cases where handsets need a replacement. Central Coast Pathology runs a multi-location pathology group along the central coast of California. Numerous outages of our phones and internet caused us to leave their service. We always seemed to get the song and dance that our outage was a rarity and it wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, the promise was only lip service. We later found out that Call America was not even in control of their own network and used a third party for internet access. We have been in our trailer since 2000. Our loan originated with Greentree then sold to Conseco and then back to Greentree. I have only had to split my monthly payment up 2-3 times and have never had any problems until recently.
