I went out of business and they debited my checking account for $295.00 for a service fee that I was never told about and they had no consent to take it out of my business account or should of asked or notify me first either on the phone or mail before doing so.. First time I used my debit card to pay the Airtel Broadband bill in one of the airtel showrooms and unfortunately the amount got deducted twice from my account. I called up the customer care and explained the problem. They asked me to send a copy of the account statement as a mail attachment. I have not recieved the rebate. It has been three months now. I DID do exactly as the paperwork requested. Last time I checked the rebate process it told me it was processing. Today I checked it and it says no rebate on file/could by found either by the phone number or by my name. What gives? I have got a call from a lady named Swati from no's : 67080802, 67080804 telling that she is calling from airtel and explained me one billilg scheme. I liked it and told to activate it. I had Scottys junk removal at my house today. His charges were $50.00 dollars for the truck plus dump fees. He charged $317.00 including the dump and truck fees. The cost to dump 1 ton of product at a recycling yard is $80.00 a ton. (2000 lbs) My junk weighed 1276 lbs So having a $267.00 dump fee was over 300% markup. I dont begrudge anyone a fair profit. Last year, due to a move, I had put my phone line on hold until I was settled in. I contacted primus to ask them if they could suspend my long distance, as the phone line was not going to be active. They confirmed that they would, and I thought I was set. Turns out, I was not. Even though my phone line was disconnected for 5 months, I received a regular bill. Moved in new house in 1987. Lots of rust in water. Called Culligan. They tested water and recommended their exchange tank rental unit. Despite acidity recommended no treatment of acidity. From my experienced the place sounds like it's being run by a bunch of kids out of high school with bad attitudes. We hired three men and a truck to pack up our belongings. One of the men spent nearly an hour sitting in the cab of the truck talking on his cell phone. The other two spent their time wrapping and padding our belongings. When the third guy came in from the truck he had them un-wrap and redo much of the stuff. Wild Blue Satellite Internet Service is all talk and no action when it comes to delivering on there stated upload speeds. Customer service personnel are arrogant and of little or no help. They sell you on up load speeds up to 256K and then they say there minimum target threshold speed is 125K, and most times deliver 40 to 50% below that number, and they have NO problem with that fact. The numbers stated above are on there Pro Package service plan. I will be out a ton of $$$$ money when I cancel and they could care less.
