I had been a customer of Comwave Telecom (Comwave.net) for more than 4 years now. I have multiple phones with them and have been spending well over 100$ for long distance alone every month. I have personally connected over than 50 other customers to their VOIP service and had also advised many more. I used to work at Sonic in Jennings, La. Due to the uncontrollable behavior of the bosses daughter, I no longer work there. The young girl screams and hollers at employees and to holler back or defend yourself is going to get you fired by her dad who runs the whole place. I recieved a oxygen unit from this company due to a sleeping disorder. When the technician delivered the unit, I was in bed sick. I advised the technician that I would be recieving a medical retirement at the end of the month and my insurance coverage would expire. Please help, I have ported from Nomi on the 6th of May and my number is still not released. I cannot use my phone as the new provider can't use my number until it is released. Digitel is advertising several plans for DSL ranging from 384Kbps to 1.5Mbps under the Bida program bunndled with a landline. After installation of a Bida 1232/832 Kbps line, it only tested an average of 431Kbps. The best I got was 450Kbps so it was close in every test in the mid 400 range or half of the advertised 832Kbps. Removal of voice mail services after ONE missed payment on payment agreement plan. Restriction of voice mail to punish consumer. Boy, I thought I'd save money using this brokerage firm. Their trading platform is unstable. Sometimes it's up, sometimes down. The trading platform will sometimes take trades which are more than your account value. The JOKE is that this options trading website does not trade quarterly options, which I found out when I wanted to roll to the June quarterly. They said they don't trade them because they would have to be called in. The Reps are also rather short and kurt in their customer service skills. I had a horrible experience trying to trade their. Game Stop/Game Informer allows customers to add revenue to your Edge Card (Game Stop Card)for future use. You sell games back to them and you can store the credit to your Game Stop card. However, if you at anytime lose your Game Stop card, you will lose all of the money you have stored on your card. Game Stop / Game Informer cannot look up your name or address to find your account. They do not inform you this will happen. Game Stop should stop stealing from its customers and adapt better polices for their customers instead of unethical business practices. Fed Ex delivered 1 skid/ 12 boxes. My receiver said he only saw 8 boxes. Fed Ex driver argued and said just sign for 1 skid and circled 1 skid because the other 4 boxes were concealed. This woman could sell beach front property in hurricane season. We lost $300.00 for a 2 night stay in an old building that is made to look like a cabin, it was dirty and it stank! We had no water/or hot water at all until the 2nd day. The only place you could get water is from the bath room tub (witch did not have a door) There were no working sinks, no cook wear. I contacted this company and got there material via the internet for download. It was for a program that is supposed to explain how you can make money typing data over the internet. Well, needless to say it only really tells you how to set up an account on Zimbio then goes to explain you need to get accounts with adsense ect. Now that I've pre-paid my entire tile purchase and installation in advance, 6 weeks later my bathroom is ripped apart, they have made 5 botched attempts, haven't ordered the right tile, and the installation is wrong so there are big gaps in the tile and tub enclosure. And, I cannot get a call back from anyone to address this situation. We have been working with them for 6 weeks trying to get them to order the right materials. It's happened on May 9th 6:30AM, we took a Nellis cab to the airport today from the Palazzo. On the way I took out my traveller organizer to check the flight number on the front seat. I ordered that three day trial for three dollars. I canceled it the day after I ordered it. What they do not tell you is that by signing up for the trial, you are also signing up for another program that will charge you $39 within a month (they also do not tell you that you have to cancel the other program separately). We reserved a local residential move in Ohio with Authorized Movers for May 1, 2008. They sent our confirmation date and time as May 1, 2008 between 8-10am. We had to reserve on a credit card with 10% of the quote, which ended up being $96 for our move. They were friendly and helpful while scheduling the move.
