I purchased three 5 h.p. Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors(Purchased at W.W. Granger in Chicago) and have had many problems with them. I called for service many times while the compressors were still under warranty. The company refused to stand by the warranty on the machines. I contacted the president of Ingersol Rand Air Compressor Division in Writing and got no response. I contacted the management of W.W. Granger and they refuse to stand by the products they sold to me. The Kiyoseki Flat iron is a really good flat iron...until it breaks. The first flat iron I received did not even turn on. The replacement they sent me worked perfectly for about two or three months. All of a sudden, in the middle of my almost finished hair, the iron had an electrical short. That was the end of that. The good thing is that they are willing to send me my money as soon as I return the iron and the contents that were sent to me. This product is defective (as was demonstrated in my two flat irons.) I have been trying to get one $6.00 replacement standard left runner for my Set It and Forget It since November 2007. I have a packing slip dated 1/7/08 Order # 00023817 that came with the right runner not the left! I have been trying ever since to get the correct part. I ordered a trial order of tea from WU-YI tea. When I ordered the tea, it also set me up with a free trial of Living Lean. This is an internet resource for information on losing weight. I could not use the tea, because it was too high in Caffine. I called and canceled my membership. I also had to send an email to cancel any future orders. I received a charge to my credit card for approx $38.00 from this company. I had used it to obtain a one-time phone number search. I emailed them to have the charge credited and they referred me to a toll free number that I have attempted to call three times and waited 15 minutes with each call and no one ever answered. I was at The Grant Instructor sight and agreed to pay $1.95 to access information that they advertised and there was absolutely no company policy that lead me to believe that there was any obligation other than the $1.95 that I authorized on my VISA card.
