Wild Blue Satellite Internet Service is all talk and no action when it comes to delivering on there stated upload speeds. Customer service personnel are arrogant and of little or no help. They sell you on up load speeds up to 256K and then they say there minimum target threshold speed is 125K, and most times deliver 40 to 50% below that number, and they have NO problem with that fact. The numbers stated above are on there Pro Package service plan. I will be out a ton of $$$$ money when I cancel and they could care less. I have been with them for three weeks and it has been a nightmare from day one. read full review »

Worst experience with moving. All My Sons at Pflugerville gave me a quote with hourly rate but they sent drivers that do not know directions in town. The drivers got lost badly and ended up wasting 45 minutes at least. Also the drivers claimed they did not have the maps or even ADDRESS to the final delivery location.
When I approached the manager for adjustment on the charge, the manager was very rude and challenged me on the situation. In total, I ended up wasting an hour and half of time. I wish I had never used their service and I... read full review »

We purchased a 42 " plasma (LG) 2 weeks ago (April 17th) a few days ago (May 3rd )my husband noticed the screen was cracked. Now we had turned on the TV before we bought it and hadn't noticed it was cracked. (Not that we knew what to look for, we were too busy being impressed by the picture quality.) You cannot trust thetop10webdesigners.net. The review chart is owned and operated by http://www.imagination3dart.net/ and Imaginationshorts.com which is also the number one site on the review chart. As a previous client, I can tell you that their work is of very poor quality and they take over two weeks before even calling me back. Furthermore, their people are all outsourced to third world countries who don't even understand what you have to say. Beware of them Do not pay by check like I did. Bsnl service in pune gets on you big time.
Firstly they outsource the modem installation to a private firm. Customers who don't better opt for the 'help' offered.
It's ok you would say.
But what do you make of this ?
It's been over 10 days since our connectivity is down. I figured it was a problem from the service as the 'link' LED would blink for some time before going down. This cycle would repeat without it getting steady.

When a person calls to order a product from this company your Manipulated, and badgered into purchasing more than you called for, other companies will respect you if you say your not interested in extras, however this company FORCES consumers into trying to purchase products they don't want to order.

I have paid for 3 months website hosting and the offer including free domain name, but when I paid the money by my visa, and my domain name worked for 24 hours, it then stops suddenly, and when I have sent yahoo support they said we did not resave money, how????? And I have got confirmation for money resaved and conformation of my domain name, and confirmation from my bank that my visa was charged. Pl. refer my earlier mail and also a letter dt. 24.3.08 addressed to MD of your Company to which no reply has been received. However your Service Engineer visited my house on 8.5.08 and he advised that the Wash Tube should be filled full and only 6-7 cloths should be put for cleaning. I do not understand that machine is of 7 Kg capacity then why cloth approx. 2-3 kgs should be put for washing. We were quoted a price of $3, 148.00 The final cost was 8, 614.00 after packing and loading our belongings. I have already paid entire rent for 1 year in feb .2008 .

6 months ago, eight of us living at Jadawel compound near Radwah police station, subscribed to Mobily high speed internet with Mobily 3.5G coverage with speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps according to the company advertisement and the sales people at the store. We have got an unreliable HSDPA/UMTS with maximum speed of 384 Kbps. true speed is 35K down and 23K up. We complained multiple times and we have got nothing resolved. The speed is really terrible and service is non existent. The cost is 350 Saudi Riyal a month and router costs around 1200 Saudi Riyal. read full review »

I had taken broad band connected with BSNL. Technical assistance for the connection was so poor and no proper guidance could be given. after lodging complaints I had set it right.
Mail box size was limited with 1 MB per attachments. Some times i receive mail attachments with just more than 1 MB size. Even after sending mails, BSNL simply says that only 1 MB is permissible per attachments. however, 5 attchments are allowed.

and my name is Sasikumar, Idea is charging a fine Rs100 on a bill amount of 200. Its quite unnatural even the BSNL is charging Rs 30 on Rs.2000 bill.
I n these years I remitted Rs 20000/- on bill and about 7000/- in fine????
Whenever I talkedto their office at Ravipuram, Kochi they promise me to reduce this but it all will be reflected in next bill also.

i got these so i could wipe off my car quickly when i wash it. the towels do pick up water but not like on the ad where it picks up ALL water at once. they also leave a fabric residue. on the ad the guy states to put them in the washer and then the dryer. when you get them the paper that comes with them states DONT put in a dryer. I purchased a honeywell safe from SEARS. The Model is 2087D. This model is a battery operated.
The safe is locked and will not open! I have changed batteries multiple times, but nothing seems to work!
All my valuables are inside and I can not get to them!!! I have been calling the customer support number provided on the manual and website, and the line is off the hook (busy) even when the place is closed!! Their fax number rings but nothing picks up. I can not get a hold of anyone!

I bought Birch service because the salesman promised em that I could disconnect if I didn't like it. It turns out that the taxes were not included in the sales price as promised, so I fired 'em and went back to AT&T. They are trying to collect a $400 disconnection fee -- I guess this is styled to make me want their service again?
Be careful with these guys -- full disclosure is not one of their strong points. The collection agency is getting fairly aggressive as of today, so I am trying another direction to get my disagreement with Birch settled. read full review »
