I remembered getting a telemarketing call and agreeing to have some stuff sent to me: Liberty Fun Pass, US Patriot Card, and this PRM or PME Health Options Stuff. Was charged 19.95 twice, and then $49.99 for the Health Options. Couldn't get a hold of them until I found a number next to the charge amount on my bank statement online: 866-397-3065. Call them and you'll get right through to a live person. I was able to cancel the memberships and given a confirmation number. My experience is similar to other reviewers. I gave them a social security number, and they gave me a worthless report consisting mainly of people who happen to have a similar name to the person for whom I was searching. I filled out their email form to register a complaint, but never received a response. Another nice touch is that they will try to get you to sign up for some identity theft protection service, and they make this service look like its part of the registration process. It's not. Home Depot regularly reseals used and returned merchandise without inspecting the contents of the packaging. Then they sell it again as if it were new. I just got scammed by Home Depot when I bought a repackaged SKil cordless drill kit drill kit that was missing the drill. It has been 2 months since I have started my "new" AT&T DSL high speed internet. As a first time DSL customer, I was told I would get DSL for $10.00 a month instead of the $20.00 regular price. Bought a patio set on sale, but then found out this store did not have all the pieces. They sent us to two other stores in two different towns. Each store was supposed to have our missing items, not! We then asked them to order the items. Couldn't, item discontinued, but item in sale flier for another week! At the third store, a couple was going to get a rain check for the same set. I received sher and shiary without subscribtion to a hello-tunes service from RIM and now and then amount are deducted from my account. I have not made any subscription nor requested for any service from RIM. When I called customer care and contacted they assured that my complaint will be forwarded and they said it will take 48 hours to process and the balance will be refunded After my complaint it was rectified however same problem started again mistake. I was trying to install a renewal from Norton. I got all the way to license agreement and then my laptop wouldn't go up far enough for me to click agree and it stopped.
