I placed an order with this company...Walk Fit America. I ordered 2 pr. of orthotics. They "promptly" debited my bank account for over $59. The product was not as expected and I returned it within 2 weeks...I am still waiting on a refund. They keep telling me I will receive it within 3-3 business days each time I call. And the worst part is that you cannot understand a word! The customer service reps speak very broken English. I asked to talk to a manager and was told that I could not. Yesterday went to Jack-In-The Box to get five smoothies. Was told by manager could not offer discount, that was advertised on window 1/2 off from 2-4 p.m. There was no mention of coupons on window or anywhere. The manager said she could not offer me discount. I would never recommend using space kitchen (they don't even deserve capital letters) unless you like misinformation, stress, constant errors, laziness, rubbish excuses and massive unapologetic delays. When I signed on the dotted line I was informed the work would be project managed (now that's a laugh) and that it shouldn't take any longer than 2 to 3 weeks. I ordered a gun from airsplat on May 29, it arrived on June 6, 4 days later I gave it as a gift to my son, it broke 2 days after that. Their product stinks and they are worse than their product. We ordered a TV online because you did not have it in your stores. We then had to wait four days for it to be delivered on a Tuesday. The day of delivery we get a call saying that we would have to wait two more days for it to be delivered. On the second delivery day the men open the box and the TV is damaged. I hired Nilesh (DjWiz)to play at my daughter's wedding Reception. But after taking 50% of the charges as a deposit, did not communicate in time to organize the event. Promises the world but deliver nothing. I was lucky to find somebody else at the last moment. Imagine a wedding reception without music!!! It is very unprofessional. I am really very disappointed. Within 10 minutes I had contacted customer service and realized our bill was past due and we had been disconnected...totally our fault and very embarrassing. But...it is 12 hours later, 11 hours since my online payment cleared my bank with at least 10 phone calls back to customer service had various explanations and a little sarcasm and still no service. I have paid an amount for converting from prepaid to postpaid aircel connection on 1st July '08. Till today they (Lakshmi Enterprises, Coimbatore - Agent for Aircel Limited) haven't activated for us. When I ask for the reason, from the beginning (after receiving the amount) they say, the prepaid number is in some others name, which my wife is using the same number for the past 3 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** I dropped my car of on Feb 8, 2008, I paid in full and submitted all required paperwork. I was assured it would ship before the end of Feb 2008. It only shipped on April 28. This company is very sketchy with its billing practices. They are still billing me for services I did not receive two years after I cancelled my service and moved out of the state. Their online support staff refuses to explain why I am still receiving the bills that I am and their telephone customer service cannot even find my account in the system half the time. On March 20 2008 Atlantic Container Lines was contracted to ship a CAT D7 Bulldozer. The vessel was to leave April 28, 2008 to arrive May 13, 2008 were it was contracted to a client of my small import & export business i am doing. I did so and when I didn't call back to cancel, they automatically billed my credit card for monthly charges of $14.95/month. FSP could only deliver the TV to my house when I was not going to be home and I live alone. AAA Mid-Atlantic uses M&M roadside service which towed my vehicle on July 5, 2007. The alleged damage was in fact caused by M&M Roadside Service due to the fact that the vehicle was being pulled up at the incorrect angle to the road surface and the center part of the bumper got stuck hitting the ground causing the bumper to rip near the exhaust hole. Shipment out of Appleton, WI. shipped on 6/24/08, arrived at DHL facility in Shreveport, LA on 6/25/08. Tracking info states that package was delivered to the door at 2:17 P.M. that day. There were two competent adults at the address all day that day. No one came up on the front porch that day. No one knocked on the door. Had a delivery been made, the occupants would have seen the delivery person through the glass storm door. From what I can see from other complainants, there seems to be a theme with DHL--say it was delivered, make it go away and go home: the customer be damned. read full review »

CenturyTel sent me the wrong router-modem. I was unable to hook computer up to their Internet service.Returned router-modem and own expense as they never sent me a return shipping label. Their advertised price for first year internet service was $14.95 a month, but told me $22.95, and f after first year I decided to keep service it was $33.00 and a two year contract in effect after introductory period over with $200 contract termination fee. They now claim I owe them the $200 contract fee when I never even hooked computer up because they sent the wrong product to start with. They're assholes! read full review »

Regarding B&A Power Washing Inc, located in Maryland and Virginia (and Missouri, too, but we didn't deal with them). We scheduled for powerwashing and window cleaning for Friday 5/2/08 between 8am-Noon. On Friday, 5/2/08, nobody from B&A called and nobody showed up.
