I attempted to place a call using my prepaid CTA Africa card 2 weeks ago. I got the message that all trunk lines were down, so was never able to get through to my international contact. I have had my materials for over a year. They want you to travel up to 100 miles to take the exam. If you live in a small area and don't have transportation, too bad. They refuse to give me my money back because I haven't taken the test. I also have a disability. They don't tell you the job requirements over the phone. The service at this company totally stinks. The people that you try to talk with cannot speak good English and they have standard answers. My internet download speed sucks 8 hours out of 24. Of the remaining 16 hours, we sleep approximately 8 so that only give us about 8 hours of what is suppose to be quality service. Every day at 4:00 PM the speed drops from the low to mid 700kbps to the mid to low 80 kbps. It stays this low until new day starts at 12:00 AM. I have called at least 30 times and no help. This shipping company (EGL - which is now a part of CEVA) lost my plasma television (ordered through Amazon.com), and then lost a second replacement television sent by Amazon. In both cases, they never bothered to call me and tell me they lost the TV, causing me to have to make arrangements for someone to be at my home during the 6-hour delivery window -- for no reason. Their customer service has been terrible throughout. I constantly get inconsistent explanations and false promises about other delivery dates. National Dealer Services continues to call my house daily on both my land and fax lines. When I press to be taken off the list, they call the next day. When I press 1 to speak to a representative, the phone hangs up. I have, however, recently spoken with a rep on 2 occasions.
