I recently bought a new vodafone connection and requested for 199 add on plan but I have been issued 444 talk plan. On my frequent request in customer care it's not been set to 199 addon plan. I requested on 17th October for the same first time and I was asked to wait for 72 hrs., but it's still not done. Can this be done on urgent basis? Does vodafone has customer relationship respect? Reservation counter for senior citizen at Gurgaon Railway Station remained close from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on 17.10.2007. No normal counter entertained the senior citizen on priority basis. What is the fault of senior citizen, why the alternative arrangement has not been made to entertain the senior citizen on priority basis? I had pictures of my daughter taken on 9/8/07. I was told they would be ready 9/28/07. I paid for them in full at the time the pictures were taken. (Lesson #1 - won't do that again!). Nokia is a biggest cheater. I purchased a N72 set in Jan 2007 which gave me a lot of trouble from day 1. Its camera was malfunctioning. O called to confirm that that they had the Sharp52inch LCD was in stock, they said yes so I ordered it immediately for what was a too good to be true price. I was email to call them for a confirmation. They said that there was a back offer and I said that was unacceptable. They let an employee get away with keeping a customers social security number, drivers license number, name birth-date and credit card number, For herself. I had applied for shifting my Airtel Broadband connection in Bangalore (080 41311505) on October 4, 2007 from Koramangala to Egipura. After escalating to higher authorities I was told on October 13, 2007 afternoon that the shifting is not possible as there is no spare capacity in the new location. Airtel spent 10 days to give me a negative reply and that also on a Saturday afternoon. We are in IT and need broadband connection urgently. I have been trying to get my mobile number disconnected for the past month. I have even visited two airtel stores at mumbai (Chembur & Lower Parel). But they have been of no help. As for airtel website too doesnt properly function. There is a permanent error - "Server too busy".
