12 Voip PC Phone Service

Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. If this is not a scam i can only believe their service is so bad that they cant keep up with the complaints and have cut their one and only line of communication due to overload. Any others out there with same problem???

These guys sent three Russian movers that threatened to damage my belongings if they didn't receive adequate tips. Management didn't care and protected them. The managers ignored me. They also refused to weigh my goods but overcharged after the initial low estimate. The owner is a con-artist and a horrible person. It is amazing that these kinds of people without a shred of conscience live in this world.
Do NOT go with Expediant. I have read many other complaints against them. They will offer low prices and will be nice at first but then... SCAM!!! read full review »

I am resident of Panipat Haryana of India. My problem is that I am suffering fluctuating and dim electricity. Inspite of paying proper bills every month i m not getting good electricity. One of our neighbor 271 Model town panipat Aggarwal tuition center has 3 ACs but paying a normal bill. This person is under the shelter of employees of UHBVNL. I was using prepaid connection but one hutch executive came to me and asked me for postpaid connection and he told me that i can convert my number to prepaid after using postpaid for three months. But now they told me that company policies has been changed and it will be converted after one year.

Here's a good one! This guy comes to our door and says he can get us DSL as fast as our cable internet plus our phone for what we were paying for our cable internet. He calls in the order for their elite service and comparable phone service to what we had. He schedules the connection of the line by the phone people and tells us it is just flipping the switch and no one has to be there for it.

Beware from ordering WildBlue Satellite Internet through DirecTV. They have contractors whole install. If you call the installation company to set up installation they refer you to an independent contractor who never calls you back. If you go to attequpmentrebate.com you will see there is alot of people that have been ripped off including myself. I think this is in need of a class action lawsuit! I have been denied a rebate check even though I qualified back in June 07 and they issued me a check twice only to cancel them before they were mailed and now they say I don't qualify because I moved? I used there service over the 60 days as per our agreement and they had no problem sending me three "final bills" {one for 1cent} as I gave them my forwarding address! FreeIFax.com does not deliver the service the promise. I was issued a fax number after paying some fees, and the number works for a little time, but suddenly the number stop working (I stop receiving faxes). I have complained to them, first they said it was being upgraded, there is no E.T.A. Second time they said they have not got any feedback from the I.T. department. I renewed my Sprint PCS phone service with a two-year agreement when my telephone suddenly died a year ago. What a mistake. My brother bought this Directway set up in 2004 from Coppernet Zambia which has Iwayafrica in Kenya as its hub. It cost over US$6000 and monthly charges were US$213 per month for the lowest Home user service, and capped at 1(yes 1) MB. Going over that you are charged US200 per MB. I visited from Zimbabwe to test it, as in Zimbabwe only dial up was available with a download speed of 2-3kb/s. The download speed on Directway was 22kb/s which I thought was marvelous. I am a disgruntled customer of 1800 Sky Ride, but the complaint from the former employee helped me in ways even my bank and the Better Business Bureau could not. By taking matters into my own hands. I called the cell phone numbers of each owner mentioned in his email, and surely, I was refunded my full fee of 404.30 in a check that arrived to me within 7-10 business days. There is hope still!

The same as with most complaints i have read from this company, they lure you with unclear advertising and you do not realize you will be charged monthly until after you have payed the 4.95 to mail you some software that they never do. Different name companies do the charges and difficult to talk to anyone, they only answer its your fault and unfortunately from what I have read it looks like they find ways to continue to charge your card even after canceling. First, I (and many others) were told that we would have a guaranteed income for six months. After devoting weeks, sometimes months, to training without pay, we were then told we would only get the guarantee if we sold a certain amount, but just a few weeks later, even the required amount was raised. Conveniently, the commission on the new required amount is more than the guarantee promised. So, there is NO guarantee.

First Choice Moving & Storage did not honor our original contract. They gave my shipment to Pegasus Van Lines who promptly added an additional $935 to bubble wrap a few items in our one bedroom move.
We were not given a bill of lading, order for service or rights and responsibilities literature at pick-up. The bill of lading was filled in after the fact to the tune of $935 extra dollars. A move that was supposed to cost $1265 suddenly went up to $2100 for bubble wrap and a few boxes.

It accepts all the information and then at the end of the transaction, displays a message that I have entered incorrect information. My daughter was booked to fly to Gatwick from Hamilton and was put on the WRONG PLANE. Despite her concern that she had been misboarded, the attendants checked her ticket 3 times, decided it was a clerical error and had her step aside so that others may board. They said they would find her a seat later. Once the error was discovered in-flight, she was yelled at. No hospitality was offered. I'm sure the Canadian government would find it shocking to learn that anyone can board a Globespan plane and fly unbeknown to security.
