May 2006 I contracted with Lowes in Schenectady, New York for the install of 800 square feet of carpeting in my basement. The install also included to the top of the stairs but not the landing. There is a metal threshold at the top of the landing separating the carpet from the non carpet. I was charged 14.95 for a month of AP9*24 ProtectionPlus. I did not order this so I called and was told after I paid for the initial service this plan went into effect 7 days later if I didn't cancel. I recharged my cell no. 9867433160 with an amt of Rs.40 on 31st August, as i was running short of talk time. To my surprise the talk time balance was not updated. I hired this service and got a 'bonded' woman. I was there for the whole time, except for the last half hour. When I returned, the door's were locked. Early the next morning I went to turn on a CD/radio that I turned on every morning... it was gone. It was really expensive; but I have used it every morning, in the same place for two years. AOL has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I have been trying to access my aol email account for 6 months to no avail, simply because I do not have the credit card we made the last payment on anymore. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to any kind of human. On Aug.30th made arrangement for transportation to and from Sacramento Airport. On Aug.31st driver arrived and after entering the van driver demanded payment, not giving any receipt. Upon arriving at the airport I asked where we would be picked up upon arrival on Sept.5, 7:25 PM. Driver didn't know but said it would be at the end of the lane.
