Auctionbay sold me three large items. When I went to get a vehicle to transport the items home, they sold them again to a second party. When I arrived back for my purchased merchandise, they rudely implied that I had not paid for the items, so they were free to sell them. When I produced the paid receipt, they offered no apology & required me to wait until their closing hour to obtain a refund! I have never dealt with such absolute arrogance and unprofessionalism in my life. I would discourage everyone I know from doing any business with this company! AUCTIONBAY. I ordered an O. E. M. fuel pump assembly for a 2003 Suburban. I had to talk to a real person to place the order. The part arrived one day earlier than promised, I am impressed. Dropped the tank, removed old pump to discover the pump sent has the wrong electrical connections, not even close. Call them, lots of apologies will send replacement out ASAP. A little suspicious, looked up replacement part on their site, not even close. Call them to be advised I was correct, they really do have the correct part but it will cost more, and will take 4 - 7 days to ship. read full review »

I have recently got a new mobile of Sony Ericsson model m600i. for last 1 month I am trying to activate Airtel live on my new handset. But failed to do so. i might have stupidly spent 10 shit hrs in speaking to the customer care dept for GPRS at Chandigarh and got no answer. Even I had visited the Worli peninsula chamber office but no one was able to help me out.

I have been trying to speak to Customer care Executive of Airtel India (Telephone no 9810198101) Each time the Interactive Voice Response System would lead me to Customer Care after a prolonged interactive session and then there would be complete silence for infinitive time. I repeated the whole exercise at least 15 times today morning as I had to report about a lost mobile phone with AirTel prepaid connection and every time it was frustratingly same. The coverage are very poor with frequent dropping of Signals disconnectiong the Call. One have to pay for atleast two to three calls for completing one call.

The customer care number of Airtel 121 is of no use. To speak to a customer care executive we have to wait for 5-10 minutes & even after waiting for such a long time there is no guarantee that we get the line.

The customer service by TATA-VSNL is worst and on top of that I had to listen to nonsense from them. I have raised complaint regarding my broadband connection going down. It is now more than a month. They give complaint number and said that it would be solved in 4 hours and then 5-7 days. After calling them in 7 days, they reply that my complaint is closed. Even after saying that my connection is not working, they respond with new complaint number. I have now got 3 complaint numbers and still my connection is not working.

While in previous years I was quite satisfied with Network-Solutions in the past years they converted their business into a rude money-collecting machine!
- Network-Solutions collects money 2 (!!!) month before the payment is due (auto-renewal)
- Network-Solutions misuses web-pages not yet set up without authorization for its own advertisement purposes
- Network-Solutions does not give back any money even if collected with unserious tricks

When I moved to Columbia, MO I was pitched (and bit) DSL Internet service from Verizon. I was assured it was available in my area. When Verizon came out to install, I was informed that we were nowhere near close enough to the nearest switch box (or whatever node or hub in the city) to hook us up. No DSL service available, even though they double checked my address twice in the six weeks after I first called them. No service. And the local cable company had a 6 week backlog before they could install a cable modem.

Hi, I am having a connection CUG post paid with Airtel from mid of July 2005 and used till july 2007. During the month from February 2007, some of the calls called by others have added to my bill and customer care is not accepted the problem. So i paid additional charges extra. After that the same problem is repeatedly every month, the customer care will not support in this regard. I mailed to Nodal officer, no use at all. I had bought a blackberry 8100pearl handset from Airtel and was using the service in Hyderabad. Now I have been transferred to Kolkata, and here I need to use blackberry enterprise service provided by Hutch, however to use the same I my phone needs to be unblocked (it is originally blocked by Airtel). It has been a month that I have lodged a complaint with Airtel blackberry customer support, till now no one has bothered to call me and help resolve neither has anyone sent me the unblocking code.

I have purchased a data card from Radical Communication (Lajpat Nagar)and they promised that it will be activated by end of the day (the day of purchase). In the evening when I called the Cust Care, they mentioned that the card is not active and I should get in touch with the outlet from where I bought the card. I've suddenly started having problems with telemarketers. I'm on the Do-Not-Call list, but these aren't legitimate businesses. For example, I've gotten half a dozen phone calls recently which promise to give me lower rates on my credit cards -- if only I tell them all of my credit card and bank account information over the phone. We wanted to buy high speed internet service and decided to go through our current satellite dish provider, DirectTV. Apparently, DirectTV provides high-speed internet through another company called WildBlue, which then contracts out to BuyTelco. We were charged twice on our Visa for the installation (before anything was actually installed). When I called WildBlue to get the duplicate charge taken off, they said they couldn't do that, and that I need to talk to BuyTelco to get it taken care of.

I had applied for a Reliance Communication Wimax Internet connection.They took Rs: 500 as advance and promised me to get it installed within a week but it was one month and no one turned out. I made the following mistakes:
1. I chose them as the carrier. Pls pay 30%more and get ur baggage shipped instead of choosing Sahara. I had chosen Aggarwal Packers in the past and they were expensive but efficient. I know at least one colleague who chose Goel Packers and was happy.

Don't shop at this location! They actually charge your credit card when you return a fridge under warranty and then you have to fight to get your money credited back once you receive the warranty replaced fridge. Also their customer service representatives at the 1800# will hang up on you when you request to speak to a manager.

Those guys are saying that my outgoing was restricted as i crossed the CREDIT LIMIT of Rs. 1000. I never knew about this before and so, i contacted the sales representative. My complaint involves a moving company that has no respect for its customers and is able to treat people as poorly as they feel with no consequence.
The fact that over a $1000.00 worth of damage was caused in a recent move was secondary to the fact that this company has a record of shouting at a customer, hanging up on them and accepting no responsibility for the headache caused due to a lack of organization and poor management on their part.

I used allvantage for several years without one complaint, in the last few months people pc has taken over and they are a nightmare to deal with. When you call they can never pull your account up and then their information and yours will differ.

Do not ever sign up with Superiorroi.com - superior internet solutions. They are a rip off. They promised a 10 day guarantee to place you on the first page of google. They also promised the same with Yahoo, MSN, and a bunch of other search engines. They charge you $1499 as a set-up fee. My card is life time card and without my knowledge they used to deduct from my prepaid account rs.15/- every month for mci. I took out an Iburst 36 month contract, the sales rep came to my place of work and installed the modem to my laptop and checked that it worked and it did.
