I've been maintaining an Airtel Post-paid connection for the last one year. Last 3 months, I am being continuously disturbed by Airtel customer care executives with promotional calls. I have not seen a monthly statement from HSBC for some time, even though I regularly make monthly payments to them. I've been charging my gas and meds, plus other things on occasion, on my Costco card for the sake of convenience. Costco contracts out their credit business to HSBC. I recently moved from Canberra to London, and had an unpleasant experience. Australasian Removals were fine... until they had my stuff, and then the standard slipped. They would ignore my emails for up to two weeks at a time, and they refused to provide me with a receipt specifying how many boxes had been collected. I never seen very bad service in BSNL in all terms of the Land line services as per my experience in past 2 years. Process is good and in place but the BSNL employees are not following it and end result customers are in well. Two years ago I purchased a Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner and a 70-pint dehumidifier. I got lucky, the vacuum cleaner died within a few months and it was covered under warranty. However, the dehumidifier lasted two whole seasons (it doesn't even run all year). I took it in to the parts place and they want $120 to fix it. My son had a contract with cingular - their service was horrible - either rude or would make promises not kept - bill was never the same - he spent hours on the phone trying to get things fixed - the store fronts would tell him one thing - customer service would say they had not authority - finally a phone rep told him to cancel his service if he was so unhappy - so he did. We have a Maytag refrigerator that is only two years old; it is under warranty so Maytag sent A&E Factory Service to fix it. I wanted to convert my Reliance post paid billing connection to pre paid connection.When contacted personally the R webworld shop at Vashi on 19th July, (Thursday) they informed that it is done only on Wednesday or Sunday. It is a general practice to harass customer if he has come for post to pre paid connection.
