I am launching a complaint against Maid Brigade Cleaning Service (301) 336-8942. This company came highly recommended by a friend who has used the company's service for a year. We had bought dushheri mangoes from a subhiksha store in agra at price of Rs. 14.75 per Kg, while same mangoes have been priced at Rs. 12/- per Kg at other subhiksha store which is 2 kms away from store. How this difference occurred. Management is very poor. We were moving from Mumbai and chennai. The packers were supposed to unload and unpack the goods for which they had charged us. In chennai, they send an open truck ( a local trucker) and he refused to unload unless paid in full. Secondly, they were supposed to unload and unpack and we were forced to look for people to unload and spend a bomb to unload and unpack. In April 2007, my warranty provider TAP/COMPUSA authorized this so-called consumer electronic repair shop in Cincinnati, OH to get me HP Digital Media Entertainment Center back to its optimum performance. My RIM prepaid service is deactivated when I am in roaming. I have complained regarding the same problem in Oct'06. I purchased a tv from shop nbc when i received it was defective. I was told i will receive instructions in the mail on how to return the product. When i called Shop NBC to confirm the instruction i was giving different instruction to use a shipping company i was not familiar with netless to say 2months later my tv is sitting in the shippers warehouse in MN. This is a warning for every consumer who purchases a ticket off Amtrak's website and then expects to have to option to cancel and get a refund. The website was designed so that you can't cancel the ticket. You have to call a customer service rep. The rep will tell you they will process the refund but neglect to offer to send you an e-mail confirming that you cancelled the ticket. Ask for the refund confirmation sent to your e-mail. However i got a better deal so i bought this suit in a different store and they did not provide any altering services so i went to Mens Warehouse. On 18th June 2007 i recharged for Rs 52 to get STD call rate as Rs 1.50 with reference of customer care people. After that my STD call rate was Rs 2.90 per min and for local Rs 2.75 per min. I had registered a complaint for no network of Airtel mobile services in and around my residence area in Virar in the first week of june 2007 but did not get any feedback for the same. When I called up last week to know about the status, to my surprise the customer care officer did not have any feedback from their technical department. When I called again today on 21st June 2007 they informed me that I will have to register my complaint again from my residence area as the area of network around my residence do not fall under their jurisdiction.
