I have Airtel lifetime prepaid card with daily decrement of Rs.1.50 with local call charge at Rs.0.49/min. with a Rs.1400/- one time payment. It was launch in March'07. I don't understand how the support system in TATA indicom broad band services work. Either they are least bothered about customer's problems or they are over smart in playing with the customers. Even after 15 days of registering the complain on no net connectivity, I find no engineer has turned up till date. We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. 1800skyride is a rip off. I had made a reservation on Jan 20, 2007 for May 6, 2007 for a hot air balloon ride in San Antonio for six people. It took three guys over 10 hours to move a small condo. They stood around, and disappeared often. I am a customer of Aircel cellular for the past four years. I have submitted my address proof and photo during the time of purchase of my sim card. My complaint is regarding the different scheme that Airtel is introducing and not keeping in constantly and consistently. I've been using the Airtel booster pack since March 2007. The Booster pack is for calling any airtel mobile no.@ Rs.0.10. The technical team of airtel DSL is not able to rectify frequently breakdown of internet. Daily putting breakdown complaint at customer care center of airtel but fault remain same after visited by the airtel engineers. I purchase my reliance prepaid mobile connection which number is 09313409070 from Noida on 20/03/2007 and after a week it has been disconnected saying that the ID proofs which I submitted where not clear in Xerox copies. I personally went three times and had submitted the ID proofs Xerox copies but my phone has not been started till now. It is more than two months now and mobile is like a child toy to me.
