I went to book hotel rooms for a vacation. I marked that I wanted two rooms for two nights and clicked to get rates. Looking at the rates I went ahead and booked. Then when I got the itinerary I saw that I had 1 room for all 5 people! I went back to the original screen and it was clearly marked for 2 rooms for 5 people. We have experienced ongoing intermittent cable connection with Charter Cable. The connection would be fine for a few hours and then go out for just a few minutes to several hours. Our first experience with this issue was in January. Charter gave us the standard reply to recycle our modem to "fix" the problem which did not fix the problem. On 5th Feb I gave them a notice to discontinue my long distant telephone services by email. They do not carry FAX and they are never handy on phone or they take maximum time to reach by phone!! I also informed VISA card company about stop payments. My son purchased a camera and a laptop from Best Buy, at the time he was in uniform and told the sales person he was being deployed to Iraq. I purchase a ring from USN Home Shopping last year in July. I never received the ring, so after several attempts to get the ring, I cancelled the order. Several months later, I never received the money, even until now which is 4/20/2007. I took them to court, no one showed up. The judgment was awarded now 30 days later, the company has still not refunded my monies totally 768.00. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau prior to taking them to court. I joined the Biz Builder coop at Level 3 ($99 reg plus $99 a month membership fee). I ordered $4,000 of product any was told they would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. I waited, but no products. So I called and was told they still hadn't left China, and I needed to wait another month. Next month same thing. The only thing you can count on this company to do is take the monthly fee. I have since canceled my account and asked for a refund for the products. (They won't refund the membership fees, $600 gone). We hired Fantastic Cleaning Professionals Inc. to clean our recently remodeled home April 4. they applied a cleaning chemical that permanently dulled and streaked our oak hardwood flooring. A flooring contractor came out to evaluate the damage and determined it was damaged by a cleaning product and needed to be be refinished. We were scheduled to move into the home that day and placed all our household goods in the garage while the flooring was being repaired. This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. I was a customer of TataIndicom for approximately 8 months however their product - 256kbps (1GB Cap) went from bad to worse within the last 4 months. First there were frequent disconnections (not due to billing), the reason provided later was that the lines were being cut by dissatisfied/disgruntled Distributors.
