I have been working with Mediacom for the passed couple of years to resolve my ongoing issue with internet speeds. I have literally called the 800 number 60-70 times in the passed few years. I have had tech support at my home at least 12-15 times. My internet speed problem has only been fixed temporarily a couple of times. It is a constant cycle. This use to be a great way to order flags that were different and pretty. Now I have had 2 bad experiences with this company and will never order from the again. I am having a connection with bsnl under excel anant scheme. I had to recharge my mobile account by 12th march 2007 to keep my connection/sim activated. During this period a special scheme was in effect, wherein i got grace period to recharge.
