I am having post paid connection of tata indicom and there was a scheme in my connection for which i was paying 150 rs. per month and all my incoming was free. After that they changed the plan and i got letter that since April i will be charged 40 paisa per call i m having the letter. I have a problem with First Horizon. I have had a Home Mortgage with them for the past 6 years; and never had a late payment. I am currently paying my loan on line with them. I purchased a prepaid connection of Airtel because i intended to use the edge advantage that airtel provides. This "company" called me today, using an automated calling service that then transferred me to a live agent. Supposedly the call was in regard to my interest rates. I was very clear in speaking with him when they were to be delivered and I provided written instructions too. He assured me he knew what he was doing. T-Mobile's service is horrendous and customers are not even worth $20. T-Mobile's automated system gives out incorrect information about your phone being restored in two hours. However, my service was off for more than 5 hours and a supervisor acted as if because I had a past due amount, I shouldn't be saying anything. My complaint with this k-mart is twice i have bought items on clearance racks in this store. When i get home to notice they charge you the regular full price and while bagging your items they take the full price and clearance tags off your items so you can not get the difference when you go to take your problem to them so you pay the full price. I bought a five dollar phone card. The terms and conditions said no connection fee, additional charges for calls placed from a pay phone. I successfully placed one local, five minute call from a pay phone using the PIN number on the back of the card. Three days later I attempted to use the card to make a call from a land line. Patricia had purchased a willy dog and unsuccessfully received a cart with mechanical faults which willy dog never repaid her or fixed the cart. Since then we have purchased the cart and made $1200.oo worth of repairs and upgrades to the cart. Today the cart is worth its original price and more.
