Its been third time since i have been visiting Subhiksha in Noida. Whenever we ask for a particular product the usual answer is that the product is in the store and is due to be displayed! and i should revisit the store to buy the product. Once the items are purchased and it needs to be be billed the billing machines/ computers are not working! Front load clothes washer and clothes dryer I bought in summer of 2005 and were expensive machines. What a piece of junk! The washer never did work right, it could not seem to do a final spin, it would say it was unbalanced. I finally realized a front load should not be this much trouble. Morning and evening calls from this company every 2 minutes for an hour for the last few weeks. It's always the same, if I answer the call it's dead air, if I return the call I get a voice recorded message "box is full". There is another website, whocalledus.com that has a list of complaints solely from this company. I registered them at donotcall.gov and will file a complaint after the grace period if the calls don't stop. I have had a tracfone for a few years for emergency use. Recently tracfone told me my phone was obsolete and they would send me a new phone. I could not use my phone while this new one was arriving. I will advice Indian country people to not take any telephone or broadband connections from RIL, because once they get your name and address, they keep on sending bills and legal notices even if you are not using their services. I have taken a students prepaid plan, which has on offer 100 local sms free everyday. However after 2 days the sms stopped working and i get an error message from the network operator. I have tried using the sim card on different mobiles, but the error msg is the same. The error is entirely with the network operator. I've been hosting with hostlane for about 5 years. For the first 4, they were great. If I had a problem, which rarely happened, I'd call them and they would fix it. The Customer Service of Airtel Post Paid Card is very poor. The Signals are very low and most of the time the phone is not reachable. The 24 hours customer service is also not to the mark as one has to wait for a minimum of 25 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Executive once you get through the connection. After the long wait, you got to have the patience of listening to all the product advertisements which may not pertain to your query and when you get through the queue after the long wait, the line gets disconnected. Purchased outfit on friday afternoon, tried to return it on Tuesday afternoon because the store is closed on Sunday and Monday and was told by the owner that she does not take returns. No where in the store is there a sign stating that. I attempted to respond to a survey which suggests a 2500 shopping spree. The survey questions were endless and required that I sign on to at least one offer to participate in this spree. It explicitly states on the sales receipt no purchase necessary therefore why is it necessary that I must accept one of the offers. I view this as misleading and bordering on fraudulent.
