I purchased a tv from shop nbc when i received it was defective. I was told i will receive instructions in the mail on how to return the product. When i called Shop NBC to confirm the instruction i was giving different instruction to use a shipping company i was not familiar with netless to say 2months later my tv is sitting in the shippers warehouse in MN. This is a warning for every consumer who purchases a ticket off Amtrak's website and then expects to have to option to cancel and get a refund. The website was designed so that you can't cancel the ticket. You have to call a customer service rep. The rep will tell you they will process the refund but neglect to offer to send you an e-mail confirming that you cancelled the ticket. Ask for the refund confirmation sent to your e-mail. I bought a brand new suit and it needed to be altered. I brought it to Mens Warehouse as i thought they will do a good job. I've bought suits from them before. However i got a better deal so i bought this suit in a different store and they did not provide any altering services so i went to Mens Warehouse. Respected authority, I am a customer of airtel and using the connection of airtel since last two years. My mobile number is 9945757498. On 18th June 2007 i recharged for Rs 52 to get STD call rate as Rs 1.50 with reference of customer care people. After that my STD call rate was Rs 2.90 per min and for local Rs 2.75 per min. My RIM prepaid service is deactivated when I am in roaming. I have complained regarding the same problem in Oct'06. Reliance Web world people asked me to submit the Identity proofs and Address proofs which i did without fail but still the problem persists when am in roaming now after such a long period. When I ordered a new residential phone service with Verizon back in March 2007, I chose the "I don't wish to add a Verizon international calling plan" option. I had registered a complaint for no network of Airtel mobile services in and around my residence area in Virar in the first week of june 2007 but did not get any feedback for the same. When I called up last week to know about the status, to my surprise the customer care officer did not have any feedback from their technical department. When I called again today on 21st June 2007 they informed me that I will have to register my complaint again from my residence area as the area of network around my residence do not fall under their jurisdiction. I opted for 10 years validity for my prepaid mobile No 09313356691 on payment of 12 installment of Rs 79/- each we. f. Jun 06. I paid 13 installments regularly to RIM and they still say that i have only paid 6 installments so far. Since such transactions were made through their dealers on cash payment and I use to get SMSs confirming payment each time, it is difficult to produce any documentary evidence now. I don't remember when I have come across a worse hosting company than this. The comical keystone cop routine I have been through with their support??? Function is one of the most amazing experiences I've even been through. So much so I could not help myself. Whenever I dial from my MTNL Mobile phone, most of the calls have to be redialed. Either the first call is disconnected automatically after 15 seconds or the other party cannot hear me so I have to disconnect the call and dial again. Believe me, all these calls are charged! read full review »

I used to have 2 metro pcs phones. I called 2 weeks before my cycle ended, so it would give the Metro PCS people enough time to have the necessary 24 - 72 hours to update the info. over 1000 hours have passed and they charged me for 2 phones.
