We were without power for two days due to a problem caused by TXU. No one, either in customer service for TXU Energy, or TXU Delivery made a minimal effort to correct the problem. I was a postpaid subscriber of Airtel J & K (Srinagar Circle) for a period of 6 months till Jun 2005. Before leaving on transfer to Haryana I had submitted an application along with a proof of identity with forwarding address to refund my Security Deposit of Rs.1000/- Unbilled amount was Rs.200/- (approx). I should've received the refund of Rs.800/- (approx)which I haven't received till now. GNC cannot accept non-US billing addresses, even though the order is being SHIPPED to the U.S. After explaining the situation to their Customer Service rep, I was rudely told they don't want my internet business, and just shop in Canadian GNC stores (many products are NOT available there!). Company requires for you to call to confirm order. The hours listed on the website was not accurate. Every time I called the hours seems to be pushed back by an hour! When I finally got a hold of someone I got a guy who can barely speak English and was very abrupt. I asked for his name and he asked me "why does that make a difference??" I am using a mobile phone for which IDEA is the service provider, i have been using this for past 3 years. Now a days some messages are coming for submitting the documents (address proof, photo ID) i had submitted these documents when i purchased the SIM card itself. Do not buy from this company! There is no way to call them and they have not responded to email. They advertise there software as being able to download any TV program etc. They don tell you it is very possibly illegal and beyond that it downloads extra programs that you do not need. This is to inform you that I had gone in for a TATA Indicom phone connection last year but surrendered the phone due to continuous faulty connection as well as uncaring customer care personnel. In our location we always face problem of delay in delivery of cylinders, not only me but all people staying here are fade up with delay in cylinder delivery.they are not lifting the telephone also, after reaching there for booking of a cylinder dealer doesn't take our bookings for next 10 days. Two years ago I purchased a Braun carrier top because my twelve year old one didnt work anymore. That one wasn't a Braun it was made by a local company who has now been forced out of this business because BRAUN is such a LARGE CORPORATION.
