At the end of February I sent 2 certified mail letter that I bought at one of those new automatic machines at a USPS office because the line was out the door. The letters where sent to 2 different locations but pertained to the same issue. This issue was a legal one and I had a deadline to file the letters. I feel the photo department at Meijer in Bowling Green, OH has some customer service problems and doesn't have understanding when it comes to making reprints. First of all, the girl working on January 22, 2007, was rude when I asked about how to write out the numbers for negatives. Moore on the Move moved my belongings on 10-28-06. Their personnel broke a double headboard mirror and promised to replace. They also stole an Ipod and Razr cell phone from the house and boxes moved. Bought a Sears Chainsaw sping of '06. Also purchased the extended service agreement (maintenance warranty) as the salesman promised me it would "take care of anything that went wrong". I have an on-line business and have suffered with a few problems form our hosting company, their customer is zero . They have a ticket system and a supposedly on-line tech support but none of them respond , the just close tickets without completing the work. The delivery service is BAD. I bought laundry appliances and the department store uses Two Amigos for delivery. The store offers setup (excluding connecting hoses), as stated on their web site. Two amigos did not do anything. They delivered the wrong Dryer. When the deliverymen came to replace the Dryer, the young man was sullen and sour attitude. Feels like I live in the Bermuda triangle. Neighbors 1 1/2 block on either side of me can get DSL and for two years the company has told me they would have it where I could get it by spring of the year. Still no internet. EXTREMEBURN listed the same 8003048447 phone# and 8668823057 # # that LEANRX had on its fraudulent postings. Also EXTREMEBURN also has it denoted as NEVADA. I have booked my household gods from Noida to Bhilai from Shri Blaji Packers & Mover. Due to negligency of transporter my material have damage during transit. he transporter has done the forgery with me after taken the additional money of Rs.7000/- he had unload the goods in his go down and shifted the material in another truck with the other machines. I have WLL connection sine last two years. The battery back up is not at all working,means the instrument won't function without external power supply. When contacted the Customer care demands me to pay for a replacement battery. This is absurd and shocking as the instrument is the property of Tata Indicom, they need to maintain and replace it unless the instrument is damaged by the user just like any other telecom e.g. BSNL. I special ordered a black brick on 4/27/06 both in the traditional square and bullnose. I arrived to pick up on Saturday 5/13/2006. I paid and loaded one pallet and took to the job site. Ditto for 2nd pallet. Upon returning to load the third pallet I noticed no bullnose. I could not complete the job and made the decision to use red brick. A charge showed up on our Verizon telephone bill for $7.14 as a directory assistance call placed on 12/20/06 to 101-515-8000. This call was never placed and in fact there are several complaints on the internet about this scam company. I will be calling Verizon tomorrow. They should obviously know about this bogus company as this, from what I've read, has been going on for some time. I also will contact the FCC. Recently I happened to visit Big Bazaar in Mangalore, India for a change. I am a regular customer of Nilgiris.
