This is the worst website and phone service I have used from USA.
1. Placed order 4 times with unsuccessful messages - surprisingly got deducted 4 times from my credit cards.
2. Could never connect to customer service number provided.1-877-5150 never connected so far.
3. Never succeed in getting connected to 18772474047 in first 3 attempts not even busy message.
It has been more than 10 days I am struggling to reach Airtel customer service by all means with out any success. read full review »

On 17.12.2006; I purchased prepaid life time incoming free card from Alfa stores at VileParle (W); agent of Hutch. They took full payment; along with photographs, form duly completed and signed, pan card xerox copy and original for verification. They asked for copy of maintenance bill of society as proof of residence which was faxed on next day; i.e.18.12.2006. In their Ad they offered Double talk for the first two recharges. The denominations were $50 $25 $10 And $5. The Ad is there from 21st December until 15th January 2007 for first time registrants.I registered for the first time on December 23rd, and was able to charge $50 which they doubled. On the second day I tried recharging, they had removed $50 and $25 dollar denominations for recharge plus all the offer details. I have been a loyal T-Mobile ( compnay with least care and appreciation for its customers) customer for 5 years. I bought a new phone for my daughter and since the phone arrived, it has been acting up, gets into silet mode at will . I was out on a holiday for the last 10 days and i just got back and called T-Mobile customer care, and am told they will ship a new phone and I have to pay shipping for the new phone. I have face really really very bad experience. when calling customer care at 121 or 1515, then customer is treated as Dog, no where what type of customer he is.
I was not given waver for Rs. 300.
Tata indicom has rights to barraged the outgoing of the cust. as of no use and if the cust. calls from other mobile he is not provided the waver.

I am still a customer of airtel both landline & broadband still 2 years i use this service in my office. but since 5 days our browsing is too low and for this i have already complained for 3 times but still i don't get any response. in my office all my works are depend on internet , in this 5 days i have lost a great amount for this poor service .my office is also a customer care centre and all my works are maintained on online .
I have already contact to near customer care office but after listening about the matter they don't take any action of this problem.

Airtel India Call
Airtel (Bharti) is the largest mobile phone provider in India which recently launched a calling card service to India at very competitive promotional offer.
Once they charged money from your credit card, they do not provide ANY service. You don't receive any confirmation of payment and of course you cannot use the money that you already paid to make any calls. The customer service number is fraudulent (NEVER works).
In conclusion, you end up paying money for Zero returns.
There should be some way to protect American customers against such frauds.

Windsor Moving Co
This company employees skilled and experienced movers who work hard and fast. However Windsor overworks their people and moral is very low, the movers are tired and would like to stop (or have someone else take over 2nd shift). So the employees tend to take out their frustration with management policies on the customers, and they can be quite rude. Worse, the job can be fail to be completed and as a customer you can end up with a partial move and lots of extra work to do.

Poor insurance claim service. This company's representatives will lead to provide date of damage (when you are unsure) that will allow them to deny your claim. Their claim for damage period is 30 or 60 days and if you don't get it right, you have to sign an affidavit, get it notarized, send them your bill, along with a picture of your government ID. I have mci correctional and when you need to speak to customer service rep you are put on hold for over an hour. This is not a false statement, in one day i spent over three hours trying to pay my bill. The customer reps are not from the usa they are from India and today one from Argentina. They do not want to pay wages to the people who pay for the service they want cheap labor and do not care about their customers. AT&T Long Distance USA
AT&T assigned a bad number to my new home. The number was blocked by MCI for outstanding debts in past years.
AT&T said that they would give me a new number, but I would still have to pay the bill for the bad number.
I paid $106.
3 weeks later I received another bill for $53 on the bad number. AT&T said it was a bill for a partial month on the bad number. I paid $53.

This is just not expected from a company like Bharti Airtel.

I placed an order online and it was shipped by UPS. The UPS tracking said that it was put on MY porch but it was not put on MY porch.
When I called UPS to report this they acted as if it was my problem. They wanted asked me if I had checked with my family, friends and neighbors. I told them if my family or friends were around and knew anything about the package they would have told me and I am not going to go door to door to check with my neighbors. I had one RIM prepaid connection since march 2005.One day it stopped functioning.When I contacted there customer care I was directed to contact their web world and accordingly I went there. I was quoted a price of $30.00 per month for broadband internet service by an Adelphia sales person at the Jensen Beach, Florida office. After showing the sales person the add for $24.00 a month, I asked and was told that my on going price for an upgraded service of 4.5 internet broadband speed would be $30.00 per month. I bought a Cingular Wireless BlackBerry in Hawaii before I moved to New Mexico. The salesman told me, "no problem, if it does not work you can cancel service and will not have to pay the contract cancellation fee."
After I moved, the phone did not work so I bought a new phone that allows an added external antenna. The salesman told me, "The unlimited text messaging is included in your $49 PDA plan."

I got a PCO connection from Tata Indicom and my number was 09217390987 in June end 2006. It is installed at Bathinda in Punjab. It gave problems right from the very beginning. CHI Host, happens to be one of those companies that are "full of hot air". Their "24-hour technical support" never returns my phone calls. On their website they boast a 99.9% uptime guarantee. I was with them for only 3 months and my websites went down twice already, bringing the uptime down to 99.25%. The fraction seems negligible, but not when you compute the downtime in number of hours. I purchased scrubs from the above company online. When I received the scrubs, I found the color to be substantially different from other manufacturers I have purchased from. The color was so different that it does not match with everyone else at work. I cannot wear the scrubs. I emailed the company in hopes of getting a refund only to hear that they do not offer refunds....period. They offered me an exchange but I need the color that I ordered. I feel it is their fault that their color does not meet industry norms. They should refund my cost.
