I paid a premium price to have my classic California Highway Patrol car to be shipped enclosed from California to Oklahoma. The driver for Luxury Auto Transport was caught removing my car from the truck and abusing it while showing off during a stop in California. It was damaged and not able to run on delivery to Oklahoma, thereby costing me $500 more in towing and repair. I bought a SANCHARNET CARD from BSNL office last month.It is a prepaid Internet access card.The advantages of this card is to access Internet according to the recharge options. 1st contact (binding estimate) stated any additional cubit feet would be billed at time of pick up. It failed to disclose that the charge was 3 times more than the pr cubit feet charge of the initial estimate. I selected mover packing. Contract stated packing supplies were additional. Purchased a new gas grill from Sears in Norman, OK on a Friday September 15th for $499. It would not fit in our Explorer so we made arrangements to return the next morning with a PU truck to pick up the grill. I have taken post-paid connection (Rs.999 for 2 years) plan from Airtel Delhi in Oct'06. I have not received any bill so far. I have been charged Rs. 653 for using airtel live, which i have never used. Even it got automatically activated on my connection, i have never applied for that. This is with regard to my Airtel Prepaid connection number-9897077194. Today i.e. 27th of November 2006, it was my last day including grace period to recharge my number. I went to many airtel dealers who could use the Easy Recharge Facility to recharge my number but they are saying that the Server is down for the whole day and they are unable to do so today. Currently i am on Lifetime plan(monthly recharge of Rs.99) with balance of Rs.395. I had queries to a customer care person ('Ranjit') for clarification. But he told, he could not able to do anything. I would like to file a complaint against the UPS Store of Brandon. My daughter sent ms a package from that Store. When I got the package up at my address in Illinois the computer in side was damaged. I was told to have a UPS Driver pick it up the same way I received it. The motor on my expensive Casablanca Fan is only 2 yrs old. The circuit board is blown and I have to wait 60 days to get a new one, because everyone says they are back ordered from the factory. I think that means there are alot of blown circuit boards out there. The cost of the circuit board is running from $69. - $85., I did find one guy that wanted $125., I asked him why so much. I responded to an ad in the paper to be a mystery shopper with a 14 day trail period. I received two letters in the mail one dated 6/18/06 and the other dated 6/20/06. Both letters had different usernames and passwords. On 6/27/06 I called and cancelled the service which was 19.95. This company has the worst service ever. I ordered a meter from them about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I paid additional because I wanted fast shipping. After the original confirmation that the order was accepted I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. I contacted them and like a miracal they shipped that next day.
