In August 2006, I checked on-line for DSL availability through Earthlink to replace my existing SNET/Yahoo DSL. Their system stated DSL was available, so I signed up. Shortly thereafter, I received an email back stating that they could not supply me DSL. I was very surprised, but figured this was the end of it. I had this cell plan for two years ago. At the time of initial signing on, it was not explained very clear to me that the minutes for my two phone numbers could not be used interchangeably. I made arrangements for this service in August 2006. I was told due to a promotion the 100.00 installation fee would not be required. On August 13, a Sunday, the installer arrived. However, I was charges an addition 125.00 for the installation of a pole as the installer did not want to put the satellite on the roof of my home. I am using AIRTEL mobile sim no 9928072924 ( Rajsthan). I came to Ahmedabad ( Gujarat state ) on 20.10.2006 and requested airtel customer care in Jaipur to put m mobile in roaming as it is used for Co's work and i reuire it to be always on for being contacted. Unfortunately the request was logged 4 times and huge amount of Rs.600/- spent on STD calls to Jaipur customer care but no action taken. My son and daughter-in-law contracted with Victory M&S out of Brooklyn,NY (same co. as All Victory) The move was from Boston to Seattle. The moving crew in Boston showed up a day early and gave them the bums rush intimidating them into packing quickly. The crew (thugs)were trashing their belongings as they loaded them. Somerset Cleaners lost an expensive article of clothing of mine, but refused to look for it or resolve the situation in any way. In fact, they attempted to flip the situation, as if I had done something wrong. Early this week I was reviewing my very busy monthly Visa card statement. I noticed charges from Hollywood Video that I did not recognize. I called my credit card company and found out they have been charging me the same amount for 15 months. Credit card company told me they could only dispute 3 months of charges. I just relocated across country. Items were packed with bubble wrap and pop corn, wadded paper and other protective materials. The objects were put in rental truck. A deposit was paid to "Leons Mobile Transport" towards moving a mobile home, complications occured on our part, and the job was delayed. I spoke with his assistant (his wife? "Beverly") last Thursday, and she indicated that Leon wanted to cancel the job and just refund our money. I purchased hardwood flooring through “The Hardwood Floor Depot” which was manufactured by Craftco Hardwood Floors of Ohio. The flooring is a 5" wide prefinished Tongue and Groove Hickory material. I am tired of Canada Post’s use/misuse of local courier companies to deliver parcels doing THEIR work for them and doing it poorly. This is about the 6th time this happens this year. American Leak Detection - Santa Barbara, CA installed a new skimmer in my pool, and despite an insert inside the new skimmer warning to keep the area clean to make sure that debris didn't enter into the skimmer or the area of the repair as it might lead to damage to pool equipment, guess what happened? I hired Akita Copy to move a copy machine for me. They missed several appointments and then showed up, got the copier and tried everything that they could to delay delivery, until the following Monday. They then delivered my copy machine (Broken) and doubled the charge. I refused to pay the difference and they refused to repair the damage that they caused. Anderson engaged in hostage freight practices and has not refunded money for over payment. Anderson's price changed from 1650.00 to 4800.00 once he had possesion of my household goods. Anderson did not pay the 3rd party carrier therefore when my goods arrived in Australia they would not be released. I have internet and telephone service with Time-Warner maintaining the cable. Last week, the phone and internet quit working. That is, it works sometimes if you're lucky. I called Time-Warner from a payphone (Friday) and they said that they would have someone come out and fix it Tuesday. I have received a bill (invoice no.430473840) for the period 21/08/06 to 20/09/06 for Rs.807.64 towards broadband connection and multiple telephone facility. Surprisingly none of the facilities exist at my place nor there is any connectivity of airtel broadband service in the area. What is more shocking is that the shows 88 telephone calls made for non-existent facility. I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. Drum Halfzware shag rolling tobacco is perhaps the worst quality of its kind I have ever encountered. Besides its high price, I found this shag to be lumpy, full of seeds, stems, eyes and was poorly mixed. I can find no bright in it at all. I can tell its been mechanically dried. UPS service is getting worst. It is impossible to speak to a representative, there is no phone number posted on their web site and they never give any specific reason or apology for poor service. The reason for this is because they are paid by the businesses that use their service to ship to the customer and since the business pays UPS, UPS has no loyalty to the end receiver which actually pays for the shipping.
