I had the AMC for my Aquaguard Water Purifier with your Gurgaon Branch Sector 4 for more than four ( 2) years now. While Purchasing the equipment, it was communicated to my by your sales person that as a special scheme, it is covered under "Life Time warranty" and you need to pay only the AMC charges every year, if wish so. Every year, I pay the AMC amount and no one turns up at my doorsteps, leave alone inspection of the equipment. They took the place of the Powder Fresh ~~~ BAD MOVE! The cool dry (like sandpaper) and Gel (makes you wet for hours) are horrible products and the Powder Fresh (when you could find it) was Fabulous!!! An itchy throat and uncontrollable cough happened to my whole family. So I tried running the Ionic Breeze in my bedroom for about 8 hours before going to bed tonight. I had a Bosch Hydropower10 H hot water system fitted last August 05 and it has never worked properly, will not relight when the gas bottles run out. I have had the plumber back at least 3 times and it has not been fixed, now it keeps going out all the time even with two full bottles and when I tried to ring the plumber he told me he was not interested and hung up on me and won’t answer my calls. I have a room air conditioner that I purchased on August 23, 2005 that was used for approximately 4 weeks last summer before I stored it for the winter. I re-installed it in June and it does not work. When I called the customer service number and when I got on line to get warrantee service, I found that Fedders has no service center to cover the Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area. We order hurricane shutters in Dec 05. Were to have them in 12 weeks. Gave the salesman 1,500 deposit. I started calling him in April of 06 and all I got were different excuses. The driver had a accident, Got me mixed up with another customer, They are on their way. Right. Finally after me driving him crazy they were installed the end of May 2006. For several years, this web hosting company has hosted my website. I am a loyal customer when not cheated. But this company cannot keep my site "up" for more than a few days at a time. It has been several months now since my website worked. In fact, even the company's site www.innovativeminds.com is down!!! They have taken my money and not provided the service they promised. When I tried to return a file cabinet, unopened box without receipt (misplaced it) to Target store, they made me to either get something from their Office Supply Department (at same value or higher), or take it back home. I have been a long standing customer of Carrot Ink. The most recent black cartridge I purchased from them leaked in the printer (HP 970 CSE) when the printer was not in use. The ink leaked onto the circuit boards in the printer and destroyed them. Last December I had a generator installed by Ready Power Inc., located in Jasper Georgia. As of July the generator has never performed. During that time period, Ready Power replaced the battery 3 times and another part, still not solving the problem. Service is difficult enough to find at Sam's Club; but, this lack of service is tolerated in that they frequently have lower pricing. It does not bother me that they do not supply bags in that I prefer to use my own. I am an enviromentalist and as such I have mesh bags and canvas bags that I use each time I purchase groceries or other items that fit within the bags. I purchased a value pak of you hefty one zip gallon storage bags with a quantiy of 30. Over half of the bags would not open or would rip at the zipper when they were opened. I was very disappointed with the product. I would hope that you would stand by your product. I do not have my reciept for this so I am not sure of the amount it cost me. I have 5 Hampton Bay ceiling fans and tried to locate a contact number for them when two of the fans began to fail. This web site listed a phone number that the writer said was a direct line to Home Depot. I called that number (1-877-527-0313) and found that it was answered by Hampton Bay. The person I spoke to was very helpful and is sending replacement parts and installation information free of charge. Although their contract seems legitimate they don’t seem to abide by their own expiration dates. Continually my credit card was charged for months after the termination date on the contract. I have two cell phone contracts with Flexicell who were extremely quick to offer me the reduced airtime contract but sad to say are not that quick to attend to after sales customer service. My only contact with son is via this cell phone contract and as from last week Thursday to date (6 days) this contract is still not in operation. Total dissatisfaction with their service, each time I phone, I obtain another operator who dishes out even further sales nonsense. I purchased 2 sets of Hampton Bay solar landscaping lights for a gift. The stakes that go in the ground were plastic and after being in the ground a month or so the starting breaking off and as of now 6 months after purchase they have all broken off. It has taken our company almost 1 month to receive a order placed. We have emailed the company 4 times for tracking Numbers and where told the order shipped, which by calling Fedex it did not! Then when they finally sent the order after requesting a refund on our card due to non shipment it was shipped to a different customer!
