Tata Docomo prepaid and Tata Indicom postpaid is providing worst service in the sector, compared to any other service provider in Panjagutta. Calls are getting dropped in between, GPRS is unable to connect, network strength is wavering each second. Verizon One Bill is nothing but problems. We had a one bill but told them we wanted Verizon wireless and internet services sent on two separate bills. Ever since then they keep saying we owe $233.00 for the internet, but in fact this was a charge for wireless, which we have paid to date. I don't know exactly what is wrong with this site. I have tried and tried to log on and it keeps telling me to enable cookies. My room mate fixes computers and he checked to see if I had to enable cookies. It is already enabled. On that window it has customer service (a clickable word) to get ahold but if I can't even log on how do I get in contact with anyone?? If I ever do get logged on I might just cancel it. I was in the process of ordering P90X and was having a hard time deciding whether to get the deluxe package or the regular package. I stay at a weekly motel- we get free internet, but, problem is, the tenants/customers, have to rely on the office computer in order to get it. MY problem is, I do not have the luxury of a laptop with Wifi- I have to use a tower, with an internet adapter in the back. I do not know, when the last time it was the managers here, had Cox come out and take a look at the wiring, but, I have absolutely NO signal- it is at LOW every day. When I didn't hear from them, I contacted them with an immediate response that they would get back to me in 48 hours or less. This so-called company claims the trial is free except for s/h. I agreed to the s/h, but then they started charging $80+ to my VISA. They scammed me out of $250+ by the time I got wise. I paid extra to have flowers delivered for Mother's Day, on or before the actual date. The company sent "confirmation of delivery" on Sunday (mother's day) at 6:45 PM. The flowers were not actually delivered until the following day, Monday, at 10:30 PM. When I wrote to complain to the company, I specifically said I didn't want a gift certificate for the future. In return, they sent a pat, canned response, offering me a coupon for a future purchase. There are plenty of other flower services out there. We signed a contract & insured our possession for move/storage with this company. While in storage at one of their facilities, their was a fire and our belongings were moved from the Landover storage to the Gaithersburg Md facility. Which we discovered on our own with notification from the company we paid a storage/insurance fee monthly. When our property was returned, a lot of our property was missing & some was damaged. I am a forgery victim in the state of california for forgery with a bill I cannot clear out of my credit report with t-mobile for 389.04. I have filed a complaint with the ftc and sent in appriopiate paperwork incuding a police report and filed affidavits with this organization.
