I have had U-Verse installed for a little over 6 months. Within this time, I have contacted technical support for my TV and Internet at least one per month. My wireless connectivity is intermittent. The technicians run line tests, reset channels, have me reset everything in my house...they have sent me additional parts to plug into my computer, my laptop, etc...they have even tried to have me pay for a new router. I was overcharge by this company MODAPHONE. They bill me for phone calls that I never made, at the times when I am not even home (sunday mornings when I go to church, or mornings when I drive my son to school) or before I even wake up. Comcast Internet Services has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. It all started 3 weeks ago when a contractor doing work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast utility box is located) cut the DSL line which goes from the Comcast box to my house. Maxis has the worst Internet service in the country. The signal strength is very slow and weak most of the time. And the connection is usually disrupted and gets cut off while using the internet. The signal strength is usually at 50 kbs - 75 kbs and hardly reaches 1 Mbs. On 4-7-2011 I was sold a broken Motorola H730 Bluetooth Earpiece. No sound comes through the earpiece. Joel Kremer; the apparent owner of the retail web site, told me I had to go to Motorola to get service on my brnad new - broken headset. I have presented this complaint here and to his local BBB.
