I paid extra to have flowers delivered for Mother's Day, on or before the actual date. The company sent "confirmation of delivery" on Sunday (mother's day) at 6:45 PM. The flowers were not actually delivered until the following day, Monday, at 10:30 PM. When I wrote to complain to the company, I specifically said I didn't want a gift certificate for the future. In return, they sent a pat, canned response, offering me a coupon for a future purchase. There are plenty of other flower services out there. We signed a contract & insured our possession for move/storage with this company. While in storage at one of their facilities, their was a fire and our belongings were moved from the Landover storage to the Gaithersburg Md facility. Which we discovered on our own with notification from the company we paid a storage/insurance fee monthly. When our property was returned, a lot of our property was missing & some was damaged. Provo Craft sued and settled out of court Make-the-Cut software and now I cannot use it on my Cricut. I bought the Cricut specifically to use a 3rd party software with it, plus buy Provo Craft cartridges. For the love of Pete, this company has no clue when it comes to keep their customers happy. Do not use Helping Hands to help you receive free pharmaceuticals. The drug companies offer assistance for free. Bell's departments don't talk to each other. I upgraded to FIBE internet to pay them $90/month for their fastest speed in 2008. I get an appointment for the technician to come to install it, it's not a regular modem so they have to send a guy from a different department to come. They guy doesn't show up.
