On the 31st July, 2006, I purchased a new contract with a company called ‘CELLUCITY’ at Century City Shopping Mall, Cape Town, for a cellular phone a NOKIA 6280. This is a petty amount, but it is still fraud and needs to be reported. Explore USA took, without authorization, $1.00 from my bank account. This account was empty at the time, resulting in an overdraft. I have no idea how they got my bank account number. A few weeks later, a very nondescript envelope came. It looked like junk mail and was nearly torn up. Now it said I was a MEMBER of this Explore USA and they were going to charge my account $19.95 per month for something. Well, they can't! After multiple attempts to disconnect Bulseye claims that if they don't have a disconnect work order number they will not discontinue my service with them. I have had this account since 1997. I have always paid my bill on time and in JUN/JUL paid in full a statement for $8,000.00. Prior to Chase taking over AOL/Visa there has never been a problem. United Parcel Service is the very worst delivery service out there!. Twice they've lost my items, Do they call me, and let me know, NO. They must think the world revolves around them. I've lost business because of their very late deliveries. I ordered a package from N.Y., and was delivered by DHL in 2 days. If I were to use UPS, it would take 5-6 days to get here, and I wouldn't see it until around 6 pm. The funny thing is, they're UNION, and still they're half-ass! We use Adelphia for our web-hosting for our small business and it is a WEEKLY if not DAILY occurence to either not receive email or send out email. Our business operates 99% via email and this is becoming very damaging to our business. When calling for support, they always try to shift the blame elsewhere. I purchased a 32" TV from Sears and it required home delivery. When the item was delivered the delivery truck hit my car and did not tell me. This accident was witnessed by 2 of my neighbors. Vehicle documentation shipped from Automobile Dealership in Huntsville, AL to Savannah, Tn on 06 October 2006 - never arrived at my home.
