Harbor Breeze Philodendron Custom Fan Blades
I recently purchased a set of Harbor Breeze Philodendron custom fan blades (part # 124662) at a local Lowe's. Got them home and then found out they would not mount on my existing Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. The holes in the custom blade are grouped closer together than the standard Breeze motor. Went back to Lowe's to see about buying the proper fan mount brackets, but found out they are not sold separately for the above model blade. The only way you can get them is if you buy the entire motor assembly. Ended up returning the blades and getting a refund. read full review »
Vonage Phone Service
In Jan 07 I ordered Vonage phone service, when it got here it was a headphone set that you used at a computer, it had a key to plug in the front of the computer so you could take it where ever you wanted that had high speed internet.
I called to cancel & said this was not what I expected, & wanted to cancel, so the salesperson told me that I had got the wrong one, that I needed a motorolla, so I said o.k. Cingular Wireless - Lake City, FL
After moving to Florida from Tennessee, where we had Cingular so-so service, we went to the Lake City FL office and had them change the phone numbers to local Florida numbers.
In order to do so, we were told we had to sign up for another 2 year contract. We did so after the salesperson assured us Cingular had good service in our area.

After a successful first purchase, I recently returned to McCarthy's Wholesale in San Luis Obispo, CA, and purchased a car there (or so I thought). Indane Gas - North East Delhi
In Karawal Nagar area of North East Delhi PIN 110094, there are shops which unauthorized filled up small gas cylinders from the domestic big cylinders with the unauthorized nexus with gas deliveryman and distributing agencies. This causes shortage of supply and partially filled up supply of domestic cylinders to the genuine customer.
Even the rate of such illegal cylinder are also mentioned as Rs. 40 per KG in such shops openly. read full review »

TATA Indicom Calling Card
I purchased two calling cards of Tata Indicom of Rs 100 each. When i tried to use those cards, i found its PIN number was incorrect. I called up customer care ( 12678) and lodged complaint on 19/01/2007 with complaint number 5755 but till now i have not got new PIN numbers as promised to me by customer care executives. Since then i have called up more than 15 times but i have not got any response from the company.
I personally feel these calling cards are totally Fraud of tata indicom company.

We (my friend and me) got calls from one Himanshu Rana from Unique Marketing services ( Shop No.9, Rajnath Apartments, Near Shri Ram Mandir, 90 Feet Road, Bhayander East, Mumbai) to convert our prepaid plan to "VERTICAL 99"- a postpaid one. As the scheme was looking attractive, we purchased SIM (Worth Rs. 599/- each).

I've had Hughes Satellite Broadband since August 2005. I thought I would have faster connections and downloads. Not so. The connection speed is terrible. Airtel GPRS Mobile Internet
I purchased a new airtel connection postpaid in Nov 06 particularly for GPRS Mobile internet. From day one till date (06 Feb 07), i am unable to connect to GPRS as normally as my colleagues do. I don't know if it is a problem with sim or network. I had filed 5 complaints against the same in airtel 121, but no response. I had visited airtel outlet number of times but no improvements. They have simply looted my money in the name of monthly rent.

Maine Supply shipped defective equipment. When asked for return shipping costs before returning defective unit for replacement, seller ignored question. When again questioned, seller finally returned email stating "we don't pay return shipping". I found that to be odd considering I had paid my shipping costs up front for a working unit. They send a brochure that you have to pay for. They then use the credit card info to bill customer for fictitious services.
Back in May 2006, I asked for an OSactionline brochure to be sent to my home and I paid the postage using my credit card. I am registering a complaint against ken, the owner, of Photoline. He has failed to deliver, has actually lied, put off fulfilling promises. He photographs car shows from Minnesota to Indy to Florida, doing on site pictures. We discovered he betrayed his wife through porn and lies, and abandoned her after only two months of marriage. This is how Speedypin functions. I purchased prepaid phone card STi Free from their site. The card acted weird, minutes were disappearing even without taking. When I made calls, I was charged 4 times more than I've talked in reality. I contacted both carrier reps and sellers. Best Buy Replacement Contract
Best Buy sold me a replacement contract for my son’s ipod. They said it would replace the unit “no matter what”. Untrue, when I called the 800 number on the contract I was told by a third party representative that BB no longer honors any replacements of items valued over $300.

I have been a Smith's patron for over a decade now, and most likely will continue to be in the future. I just have a few complaints, that probably happen at other grocery stores as well.
1. They start scanning my items before I have a chance to enter my fresh values (discount card) card, which leaves me wondering if I was charged the correct price for those items.

I am writing this complaint in the hopes that others will read this and decide against purchasing Vonage. I am not new to VoIP, I have used AT&T Call Vantage for over a year and have been fairly happy. At the end of February I sent 2 certified mail letter that I bought at one of those new automatic machines at a USPS office because the line was out the door. The letters where sent to 2 different locations but pertained to the same issue. This issue was a legal one and I had a deadline to file the letters. Sears - Extended Warranty
Bought a Sears Chainsaw sping of '06. Also purchased the extended service agreement (maintenance warranty) as the salesman promised me it would "take care of anything that went wrong". After the ice storm in Jan of 07 I had several trees damaged and was clearing them with the chainsaw when it quit, and wouldn't restart. Moore on the Move moved my belongings on 10-28-06. Their personnel broke a double headboard mirror and promised to replace. They also stole an Ipod and Razr cell phone from the house and boxes moved. I complained numerous times to Tim and Terri Moore (well documented). Terri refused to hear my complaint about stolen goods. I feel the photo department at Meijer in Bowling Green, OH has some customer service problems and doesn't have understanding when it comes to making reprints. First of all, the girl working on January 22, 2007, was rude when I asked about how to write out the numbers for negatives. I have been trying to register as a contestant with KBC through my Airtel mobile number since the January 29th episode when the lines had opened up for the same.
But since KBC is running two competitions simultaneously, ie, HAR SEAT HOT SEAT and the question to register as a contestant on the show, every time I try to answer the question for registering, I get an automated response saying that the HAR SEAT HOT SEAT lines are now closed and then I get charged for that call as well!!

I have an on-line business and have suffered with a few problems form our hosting company, their customer is zero . They have a ticket system and a supposedly on-line tech support but none of them respond , the just close tickets without completing the work. I have run into big problems now trying to change hosts as they will NOT respond to any emails when I ask them for transfer details. Its so frustrating and as a purely on-line business we rely on these HOSTS 100%.

First of all I want to say never take Airtel connection at least in Bangalore.
I took Airtel Pre-Paid connection 15 days back, I submitted all required documents to that dealer only,then after one week I came to know that my documents are not with Airtel people that is why my Outgoing are barred.
