I locked my keys in my car and called Dependable Locks Inc. I asked for an estimate I was given a quote of $39.00 service charge plus $15.00 fee. The dispatcher had told me that he would be there in approx. 30 min. 1 hour later the driver had arrived, it took less than 10 min and he charged me a total of $90.00. When I told him the price the dispatcher quoted me he clarified that it was $15.00 and up depending on how hard it was to unlock. On 7/16/07 I ordered a sink from Sienna Sinks web site (Dallas, TX.). I received a confirmation, but items ordered were not listed. Blazeflash is the worst courier services I came across till date. I did not go in for Registered Post which takes max 3 days, just because I wanted immediate delivery. I have sent a courier to Nagpur Maharashtra on 7th August, from Bangalore, and It has not reached even today (10th August). What more, the online tracking system shows the destination as 'Delhi'. I called up at Worldlink complaints and queries also yesterday and they told me that it will reach today. But today also the courier has not reached. Hello I have a complaint about a company called Comm Solutions. It is located at 140 Quaker Lane Malvern PA. 19355. They recently merged with QED Sales Inc of 805 N bethlehem Pike Spring House PA 19473. The company REFUSES to give back monies on retainers or service contracts on any customer that is currently not using them for service. We are all looking into a class action lawsuit. Giant Carpet Care in Boca Raton, FL. We received a quote from Giant Carpet Care to clean our carpets for $65. They came out to clean our carpets and charged us $139. They also did a horrible job. When I called to complain, the representative was very and ultimately hung up on me. His closing words: "Your god and my god are not the same." Charter Communication is the only ISP I can use in my neighborhood and they act like it. I signed up with them in Jan '07 because they were running a "special". $100 rebate on modem to sign up for new service. It was a joke from the get go. Made the mistake of porting an 084 (Cell C) number to MTN. That was some weeks ago (four). In that time, I have learned that the dealer in Clearwater supplied his head office with the wrong number for porting. As a consequence MTN has screwed up all along the line. For example, you cannot use a Telkom landline to reach the ported number. I signed up with Yahoo! Web Hosting to host my Wordpress blog. After signing up, I clicked on "Activate a Wordpress blog" and their system set it all up. Everything worked well for about a week. I ordered a frame,mattress and cover from this company. A box containing the rails, instructions and parts was lost in shipping via FedEx. The tool itself, supposed to sharpen just about anything, leaves nicks in blades, but most egregious is that there are no "freebies" as the tv ad implies - they cover the total cost and profit of the products with an enormous handling charge, $24 for something it costs UPS under $4 to deliver. All cellphone companies in the US charge both the sender and the receiver of a call. So I also get billed when I answer a prankster. I believe that only the caller should be billed since he initiated it and therefore should take responsibility. This will discourage pranksters from abusing the system.
