They will not honor their extended warranty if it includes the need to open up the motor. Bastards!! My motor vibrates above 11mph. 10 mph or less it is fine and runs smooth. This is a SunL/Aim-Ex 110cc ATV. I bet it is something stupid like a bad roller, or a stretched belt on the CVT. I would like to complain about a Billy Mays TV add for the Samuri Shark Knife Sharpener. The ad said the order would be doubled for the cost of shipping and handling. It was too good to be true. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls. I have to drive 15 minutes away to get on another Sprint tower just to contact Customer Support. I was just on hold for 25 MINUTES and then they disconnected me!!! This seller thrives on the eBay environment by selling used items promoted as slightly used / refurbished and charging unreasonable shipping. The seller is quite skilled at providing poor customer service after selling misrepresented items. The junk sold is usually not work shipping back for a refund if there is an issue. If you do you will not get the refund unless you give a bad review. Do not use Lingo or other VoIP Phone services for your business! Lingo has been unable to provide quality phone service for my business over the last three years. I have had to call their tech assist (in India) monthly and sometimes weekly to "tune" the IP router and their settings to reduce echoing and noisy connections. My 92 year old mother ordered a FlavorWave oven from Thane after seeing their infomercial. She received the oven but did not receive the $59.85 Chef's Kit that she ordered with it. Cingular Wireless (the new AT&T) Cingular/AT&T rips consumers off who use their plan through charging you .45 cents a minute even if you begin a phone call 1 minute before your actual nights and weekend minutes begin. I have an account with cingular and began a call at 8:59 PM -one minute before my nights and weekend minutes begin and was charged 45 cents for 36 minutes of talk time ($16.20). I was promised by the company that the speed for my connection would be up to 2mbps and unfortunately after installing that its found to be 60kbps at the maximum and after repeated complaints there wasn't any improvement in that and that the technician informed me that its the maximum they can provide. And if thats the case i would have taken an unlimited package which is 256kbps and anyway at the end is 60kbps So why are they cheating the customers this way. So I have had a website with Web.com for over 5 years now. Sales and support were friendly and they helped me upload my site, and I was gratified to see it working. But I found the hosting service to be arcane and instruction, and after initially putting up the site, didn't do much with it. I tried periodically to check emails, and do other things like add a new user, but wasn't able to. Who knows why? My husband has Centennial Wireless cell phone service. He also has two different kinds of cancer. He has not worked since June 6. He called Centennial to see if he could suspend his contract until he could get back to work. All he got for his trouble was TOO BAD, I had to pay over $200.00 to keep this out of collection. They told him the bill would continue to accumulate even though the phone is shut off. As soon as this contract is up, I can assure you that we will be changing providers. TATA Indicom Broadband service is one of the worst in the industry. I have taken this connection named infinity 128 & it always down . Even call is logged, no body bothers to care about the problem. These guys are horrible. They decided they needed to move the Valueweb customer's servers to Tampa, Fl since HostWay took over. My server has been offline for almost 4 days! You call support and they pretty much laugh at you and say we're working on it. 99.9% uptime means nothing to these guys... customer support and customer satisfaction are completely written off as well. I locked myself out of my house on July 28, 2007 and called the Dependable Locks Inc. in Cincinnati because it promises 15 min fast response in their Yellow Pages ad. I made four more calls due to no response. And it took 70 min for them to come to my house. I was charged $139 ($39 for show up and $100 for unlock the door). And I have noticed that they have charged only $55 (2/11/07) and $84(6/6/07) for the same service based on the response posted on Dependable Locks Inc. San Jose web site. ILD Communications is billing me every month for some sort of voice mail they say i ordered. I have tried to Call them and the repeatedly give me a confirmation number and say a credit is being issued. I have contacted my local phone company and made a complaint and they reassure me that they have blocked this charge on my bill and the currant charges will be put in dispute. I have been a Nextel customer for 1 year and have not really had any problems with my phone or service outside of normal dropped calls which is expected. I recently added on the Wireless Broadband card for my laptop PC. The card is through Sprint. I received the card and installed it on my computer.
