I purchased your Antivirus 2009 Professional to protect my computer. As of yesterday (9-22-08),
your product did nothing to protect my computer. I bought this on August 8th. When trying to reach you this morning, I was put on hold for 35 minutes after being told someone would help me in 2 minutes
and 17 seconds. Twice is too much in the same day. You lied!!! If I do not hear from you in 1 hour, I'm
turning the matter over to the Attorney General's office in Phoenix, AZ. This is FRAUD! My computer is
totally inoperable.

I have stayed at this Super 8 motel in South Jordan, Utah (10722 South 300 West South Jordan, UT 84095) numerous times for business but this last stay for business was the absolute worst motel experience I have ever had. The bathroom in the room had a big problem! At midnight one of the nights we stayed a member of my group went into the bathroom to take a shower. Subway claims to have a sub of the month for a lesser price. But, if you try to make it a combo, they price each individual item separately rather than the addition $2.00 combo price that is on the board behind them. This is clearly a rip-off. read full review »

During the escape from HURRICANE GUSTVA we came to Union City Ga were we had 3 rooms reserved. This was on Aug 30, 2008. We arrived there in about 8 hours of driving. The room was a total mess to say the least. Dirty and nasty!! I honestly believe that ECONO LODGE was one of the best hotel around but I was mistaken. I called in to get a transaction reversed and the superviser was very rude, the first person I talked to was very nice, but could not help me so I ask to speek to the superviser and she actuly hung up on me.
Now even if I knew what kind of compant this was, right then and there I would have droped you.
But since I dont know and I never signed up with you I really think that this is a very disreputable company and there is no way I would EVER have any dealings with you or recommend

You should really screen your customers, my 16 yr.old son went on a website and then the next thing I know I am being charged once or twice a month in the amounts from $69.99-$99.99. I had no idea what this company dealt with until I called. I dealt with my son at home but still I feel you need to reimburse for all the monies that was charged to my credit card account. Received an "attempt to collect debt" phishing phone call to my cell phone saying I owed money to Sam's Club financial. I'm not a Sam's Club member. The phone number was 1-800-568-0162. I reported it to Minnesota State Atty Genls office, as that's where I live, and I have Verizon service on an LG phone.

The IPA system is unethical! I spent $2k on a laptop, flight tickets, etc..., to go to IPA training for a week. They said the Biz Analyst (BA) does not sale anything. I called Choice reservation line and talked to a Connie (1-800-521-2121) to request an additional night be added to our reservaton in Lombard Il 10/01/08-10/06/08.
We did add the extra night, but the reservation clerk said it would cost us the same as the $95.99 we paid for our 1st night at the same location. Our confirmation code is 60145138. Our 2nd night is
$79.99 and the next 3 are $71.99. Then I added the 6th night and she charged me $95.99.

September 2008 Stayed at the Best Western Shadow Mountain in Durango. While I was staying in the hotel room someone with a key card tried to enter the room. I had the safety lock on. The person said they needed to check some furniture in the room. I closed the door, called the front desk and asked if they sent anyone. They said they had no work orders. Apparently, I acquired my account without my knowledge and when I asked how this happened, the person I was talking to, William, said that a certain Eric authorized the account. I told them they were sneaky and that this is unacceptable. No apologies whatsoever. They just gave me a confirmation number of the cancellation. I received a phone call from a lady named Kathy asking me to purchase a cheap trip package. They said that you would get 4 free airplane tickets. When the Package arrived they already have the area and hotel where you can travel to. They require 7-10 hotel stay Some of the hotels run $170-over $200 per night which is to expensive for me. I called them and explained why I was returning my package. They said to write a note why I am returning the package and gave me a conformation number. I have yet to receive a refund from them.
