My husband and I have flights booked at Thanksgiving with USAir. We're flying CMH to PHL. Flights were booked 7/08 with a fare of $500. Fare is now (9/08) $300. Called USAir to see if we could get a credit for a future flight, not a refund. We were told it would cost us $150 per ticket for USAir to make that change... What change??? I took my friend there for his birthday. We got there around six o'clock or so. I waited at the table for the waitress to ask us what we wanted to drink. She was no where to be seen. After about ten minutes waiting, I went to get both of our drinks myself. Later, the waitress told me I should have tried to find her and ask for my drinks. I just returned from the worst motel on South Padre, TX. The little Mexican boy was VERY rude when we had “issues” with the room. I went to Shop Rite in Old Bridge on Rt 9 North by the Ferry Roud. I wanted to get some cheese and ham for my family breakfast. the hole for the lace in the centre of the runner (#5HOLE) WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE STITCHING THAT WAS ABOVE IT. The stitching gave way and therefore, the hole for the lace is now open. The owner operator of this company is extremely unprofessional. She was intoxicated while on the property and was extremely rude to my party of four people. Jamie the maintenance man was also intoxicated walking around with a beer in each hand, he set a beer can down in front of our room and left it there. Well a few minutes later i received another text that said i will see a charge of $9.99/month for this service. Room very bad condition, 45 minutes to flush toilet, no TV control, walls, carpet, sink bathroom old and filthy. Reservations were made for my stay by a friend in Myrtle Beach and ofcourse his American Express card was charged several days before I have arrived to this motel. This place should be closed down by local authorities and Ecocno Lodge license shoul de taken a way from them.
