Available credit of $127.90 expiring in March 2008 was not showing on my frequent flyer Trueblue website. Instead it was showing as $0.00 available credit. Today, after other credit was added to it, it reappeared as already expired. I complaint about it but they told me it has always been available to me. However, how can I remember it when it is not showing where it is supposed to show. They should not be hiding any available credit till it expires. I had booked a ticket for Mumbai - Singapore - Mumbai on April 11th 2008 for travel during June 08. We reserved 2 One World round the world business Class tickets with 1st-air one year ago, and they charged us a deposit of 4800 US$. The room rate quoted over the phone was $10 higher per room than they told me. They wouldn't honor what they told me. They tried to charge me for King Size room and they only provided a Queen or Double. The finally did discount the room to a Queen size rate. THERE WAS NO Handicap Access to the Lobby where the breakfast is located. There was also NO one at the desk to help the handicap person, as a guest I had to open the door for the person and help with their food. I was stopped by two gentleman in the Charlotte, NC airport while walking to a connection flight. I was offered a free round trip ticket (and assured that this was not a scam) for just opening a US Airways MC account and accepting a subscrition to Time Magazine, which I could cancel after the trial period. I received the card and a bill with the yearly fee already assessed. Unfriendly people and no ventilation in any building even with 100+ degree temps. KOA should have labeled island campsite as Duck Poop Island. Ducks everywhere. In 100+ degree temps, some person decided he needs a campfire. Small wind blew smoke and ash into our tent. Hard to breath. Someone has got a skunk to spray. The smell is all over the campground. I had purchased a travel deal thru this Company. After which I found that it was almost impossible to make arrangements. I have tried to get my money back ($318) but all I get is a run-around. They claim, according to a local paper, Home town News, That they will give refunds. However that does not seem to be the case.
