Recently, my family and I were displaced from our home, and had no choice but to stay in this motel, as they were the cheapest around. I know I know. You get what you pay for. I am an AT&T customer currently and have never been with Cingular wireless. I recieved a collection bill in the mail from AFNI stating that I had an outstanding debt of $80.50 from Cingular wireless. It gave account numbers and everything. I contact AT&T since they bought Cingular and they varified that there is no outstanding issues with my acccount. I came here for a 2 week conference. The room I had (on 12th flr) was clean but old. The toilet ran all the time even after they came to fix it (3 times) I finally just kept the door closed and stopped calling. A colleague changed her room 4 times because there are large air conditioners outside many of the windows and if you room is below the 6th floor they are very loud. Departing from LAX to Dallas should have been an easy ride for us, visitors from Sydney, Australia. Unfortunately because of a very RUDE and UNHELPFUL employee who called DENIA, the trip became unpleasant.
