We purchased a vacation package with VNI vacations. With the promise of higher end condo rentals at a discount members rate
first of all the rooms are the exact oppostie of what we were promised they are the older run down buildings that are across the street from beach, ones that we could rent for a far less price.Give me a break 90 days for submital, 45 days then for them to contact us then an additional 4 weeks before refund..these people are running a corrupt business on the clients money.Do not make the mistake that we made. ticket was booked earlier two months on 25dec 11 and on bording time they hesitate to give us a bording pass because the flight was extra booked so at least ten persons were misbehaved and ignored to give bording pass .this is all due to mismanagement of the company, this is second time to me in this airline company last time in 2009 feb they did the same to my family that time about 20 persons were extra booked but that time we forced to them and they managed to book the tickets in another flight of other company, so i want to complaint to... read full review »

Me and my husband had reservations to stay on Saturdy February 21 2011 an when we got to the room.There were beer bottles cigarete ashtrays full.the beds werent made up.got another room and this was theeeeeeee WORST I have ever seen! Dirty Walls Dead bugs, the curtains were broke off garbarge all outside the door.I abruptly went an got my money back. I signed a "not subject to cancellation contract ", for a one week 4 bedroom grand unit to be used in the PH towers Westgate, Las Vegas, Nevada in any week for up to 35 months from the date of signing [4/8/10].
I paid $2, 495. by credit card since debited.
Now, they are blocking me from booking this type of unit for my use. Seems like they are saying they are all booked for the next thirty months and suggest I downgrade to a three bedroom.

It turned out to be a mistake. At the first sight of this flat, we were astonished. It is very shabby. The wall was so thin that you could hear everything around, not to mention the wind was coming through the wall. There were only 3 small electronic heaters. The electricity supply is just enough for 2 heaters. Turning on the 3rd heater, or taking a shower (water heated by electricity), or cooking would just turn all the power off. One person took a shower and all electricity was shut down. Later no one dared to take shower or cook.

Last month I had booked my wedding in Fairmont Towers in Heliopolis, Cairo Egypt. I thought it is a nice new hotel and belongs to reputable chain so things can't go wrong. Obviously I am the one who was totally wrong. From the minute I walked in, things were handled so unprofessionally. On my first visit to check the ballroom and the menus I met a very unfriendly lady called Nada. She kept me waiting for quite a long time and spent only 2 minutes with. We booked a cruise on Oceania which was going to Egypt and the Middle East. Oceania permits a cancellation, with full refund, without fee, if done more than ninety days prior to cruise. In view of the breakout of unrest and hostilities in the region, we elected to cancel. The booking agent, Key Vacation Center (aka Key Travel, Key Traveler, and Keycruises, refused to put through the cancellation unless and until they received a check for their "cancellation fee". Tourists traveling to Mexico are often offered local tours at a lower-than-advertised price by O.P.C.’s (outside public contacts) which work for the timeshare organizations. You will see them located at booths or offices inside the malls or the airport.
They only request a minimal "deposit" and then indicate you have to pay the balance to the tour guide when the bus come to your hotel to pick you up.

In early 2010 I booked and paid for a self drive holiday (flexi Drive) that was supposed to occur in Cuba in September. "Kristine?" was very helpful up until all the payment was received and then I never received any further correspondence in spite of trying to reach them. Somehow I came across an office based in PEI, but when I rang it the other person was very surprised that I had it and denied any knowledge of the sale. I also learned that they operated under numerous names.

We booked a trip to the Royal through Vacations to Go for 7 nights at the Royal Cancun. We had to change our trip because of a family emergency surgery - ended up changing it to 6 nights, but paid extra to change it. Long story short, we ended up flying out the evening before because of weather and were told we would have to pay a full night extra to check in after midnight.

Royal Resort and sister company QIT took ownership of Pelican Resort under questionable (i.e. fraudulent) circumstances in mid December, took as many maintenance fees for 2011 as they could, and then fired all the local workers. When forced by the court to take the workers back they shut down the resort!
Effective 2/20/2011 Pelican now known as SIMPSON BAY RESORT is not open for business. Owners are out of luck if they already spent money on a planned vacation that will not happen now.

Tried off and on for 3 weeks to reach someone, put on hold and then hung up on. 2/13/11 finally reached someone from India and the person kept me on hold, checking with the Airline for flights to accomidate me. On Friday the 11th Feb I received a phone call from a Ms Brandy Hagwood informing me that I won a 7day/6night stay at the Raddisson / Hilton hotel in Tampa, for 2 or 4people.
